Écoutez les vagues de l'océan, sentez l'arôme de la mer propre et intacte, sentez le vent de l'océan. Deux piscines devant votre porte. Détendez-vous à quelques pas de la mer mais à des kilomètres des bruits de la circulation. Mon paradis personnel en bord de mer sur la terre ... À deux pas de la mer, du sable, du surf et du soleil, deux piscines prêtes à être utilisées, de nombreuses touches personnelles. Voir le centre-ville de Corpus à partir de l'intérieur du condo ou du balcon ... 2 télévisions, récemment rénovées et peintes, serviettes et linge de maison neufs, laveuses et sécheuses à quelques pas de votre porte, parking couvert, sécurité 24h / 24, complexe fermé, boutique de cadeaux, cuisine entièrement meublée, grand lit Lit, lits superposés et canapé-lit * 6 personnes - à quelques minutes du musée USS Lexington et de l'aquarium d'État, des boutiques et des restaurants du centre-ville et de la vie nocturne du Texas. Pourquoi le propriétaire a choisi Corpus Christi: J'ai commencé à visiter la Villa del Sol plusieurs années avant d'acheter et j'ai fait mon premier achat dans les années 80.

Les avantages uniques de ce condo: tout le confort de la maison .... mais avec la meilleure plage et le soleil du Texas. Je marche dans les eaux ou plonge dans la piscine et ce n'est pas comme un endroit sur terre ... mais pourtant, je peux rentrer chez moi en quelques heures et ne pas avoir à prendre l'avion, traverser un aéroport ou payer des prix touristiques pour de bons plats ... et du plaisir ...

Information propriétaire: J'aime le soleil, la mer et la détente et cette propriété est parfaite. Je voyage d'Austin pour profiter des plages du Texas. Je gère personnellement, remodèle et vacances dans mes deux condos. J'essaie de fournir tout ce dont les vacanciers pourraient avoir besoin ou chercher et essayer de vous aider à vous assurer que ce voyage est vos meilleures vacances sur la plage. J'adore voyager sur différentes plages, de loin et de près, alors je vous offre ce que j'attends lors de mes vacances à la plage.

Spring Break 2025 Corpus Christie

Places was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The host was responsive and helpful. Perfect location, walking distance to North Beach. Would return in the future to Re-Book.

Great value!

For the price I paid it was a great value. Small but enough space and sleeping arrangements for my family of five. Beach is just a short walk and you can see the ocean from the sliding door. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy Condo

Cute condo, great location/felt safe, nice calm beach right off the property. The air conditioner struggled during the day but it did got the jon done. We had an issue with the stove top burner BUT the owner communicated extremely well and resolved the issue immediately. If we're ever in the area again we'll be staying here. Go ahead and rent it, you'll love it.

Great place

Everything was great, beach was walking distance and we could see from balcony, balcony does need a little work, it felt flimsy as you walked on it but otherwise the place was nice, tub had a small crack and a light bulb was missing in the bedroom lamp. I would recommend this place, very cozy and clean!

Quick beach getaway

It was super easy to book. We had fun with boogie boards on the ocean and a get time swimming in the pool. The fact that it’s gated made us feel safe. Over all for the price it was a great trip to the beach!

Quick Beach Trip

Cute, tiny condo with a beach view and easy access to the beach at North Beach. Fit 3 people comfortably. Air Conditioning worked well. Condo could use updating, but it was clean and a great location for all we were looking to do. Any issue I had the owner was a quick message or call away. Once the updating of the complex is complete it’ll be quiet, quaint piece of the beach life.

Peace on the veranda & water play options

We stayed for the weekend. My son loved swimming in the pool. My favorite part was sitting on the veranda, watching the ocean. It had such a peaceful vibe; I did my meditation there. We also loved how close it was to the beach. It's a great location! The host was responsive to my questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Walk to beach

Quick get away for us an just wanted a place near the salty water with sand in our feet. Perfect for this - very clean with a great AC in the Texas heat ! Felt safe having the gated community an no problems at check in. Bobby responded very quickly to me loosing the codes an such for check in- very polite and understanding. Easy walk across the parking lot to beach with coffee in the mornings to watch sunrise was the best.

Great location! Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Everything was just as advertised. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend!

Overall Stay

Our stay was pleasant. We have stayed at this location before so our expectations were met. I did realize yesterday that we left a giant Zenga game at your property. Is there anyway we can collectively work on getting it returned to me. I’d be willing to pay for shipping it to me.

Great place!

This property is excellent. The parking lot/beach access gates need a better system but that is not in the owner’s control. This property was perfect for the 3 of us and in a great location. I never felt unsafe and even had a security guard check on us late at night.

I had an amazing experience! The owner replies on time and described the condo as it actually was. I had so much fun! The condo was on the beach, so it was a short walk to the beach. Overall, the condo was clean and is recommended to stay at.

Wonderful!

Stay was great! Unit had great views, was clean, had a couple small maintenance issues that the owner took care of in less than an hour, he even gave us some great dining recommendations! Next time I am in Corpus I will check if this unit is available before looking anywhere else.

Not ever staying with this "Premier Host" again.

First the positives: The complex has access to the beach. The condo is close to the elevator and one floor above the heated pool. There is covered parking available if you manage to get one of the spots.. The walls look freshly painted and the sofa bed was new. The bathroom was clean. The linens and towels that were in the condo were clean and presumably new. Negatives: This condo is listed as being able to accommodate up to 6. Our family of 5 was not comfortable. While the linens were clean and likely new, the bunk bed mattresses are probably from the 80's and only one of them had a comforter. By contrast, the sleeper sofa was so new we had to remove a stapled on band (left on from transport from store) to open the bed. We received linens for the sofa bed (after we asked) and had one tiny throw blanket. The kitchenette consists of a tiny sink (used and stained sponges), a few tiny cabinets, a small electric stove and a small oven that we were afraid to use. The cabinet shelves were bowed from the weight of the plates and bowls. We were worried the shelves would break and the dishes would fall on us. The bathroom did not have enough towels for 6 people (the owner did send more when we asked for them). The towel rack fell when I reached for a towel. The main bedroom had a closet that was hard to access (there was a medium sized dresser in front of the closet and no door knobs on the closet doors). One third of the closet had the old window blinds stuffed in it, one third was drawers storing DVDs and a DVD player, and the last third stored the vacuum cleaner and the ironing board. The chest of drawers blocking the closet was mostly empty and I think it was were we were expected to store all of our clothing (for 5 people) because I could not find any other usable storage space. The linoleum floors were banged up in areas and gave way in other areas. Some of the outlet plugs were loose. The lamp in the bedroom was plugged into one of these loose outlets and every time we sat on the bed, the lamp flickered on and off. When we went to make coffee our first morning in the condo, we found that the coffee maker was full of mold. I think the last guest (from several months ago) left the coffee grounds and filter and no one had ever cleaned it. That was the last straw for us. We did not feel safe staying there. We have pictures of everything. We checked out that morning even though we paid to stay 3 nights.
