Place was just as described in the listing. Very nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if in Rockwall.

Atmosphere of Peace and Tranquility...

Beautiful Lakeside property that's well maintained and updated. Perfect peaceful getaway for the family. Our Host, Dixie was wonderful and made sure we had a comfortable stay! My family has dubbed this place our "Staycation".

Townhouse was completely upgraded. Very nice. We spent most of the time away from the property but it was very nice to come home to after a long day.

Great getaway!

An awesome property! It was replete with all the trappings of home so all we had to do was stock the fridge. The home was very clean and it was located just minutes from the harbor. Definitely a place to visit again.

Perfect place

The most perfect stay for our mini vacation. Close enough to Dallas but far enough away that it is quiet and pretty. The house was very clean and beautiful. Beds were comfy. Neighbors were quiet. Host was quick with responding!

Wonderful - great communication, cozy, well-stocked

Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and relax! We really enjoyed the fuse ball table, the cozy beds and the sitting room with a fireplace that actually worked! I loved how well-stocked the kitchen was. Dixie was really easy to communicate with throughout. Thanks for hosting us!

Quiet Neighborhood, Location Perfect

We visited the Dallas area for our first grandchild's baby shower. House was easy to find; central to restaurants and shopping. Pros: Quiet Neighborhood, Nice Decor, Easy Check-In. Cons: First floor was cold due to the poor heat circulation from vents, host didnt check-in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Stay!

We spent a week at this beautiful property and it could not have been any better... immaculately clean, lovely updated neutral decor; with all of the "little things" that make for a memorable stay. Comfortable furnishings, peaceful surroundings, cooking essentials including basic seasonings; and a wonderful layout that provided the perfect balance of privacy and family togetherness when our son and his wife joined us for the weekend. This amazing property will be our first choice any time we return to Rockwall. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful space with us Dixie!!!

We could not have been more delighted. We were in Rockwall for an unexpected death in the family. Needless to say, very stressed. The home was centrally located, very quiet and in a safe beautiful neighborhood.

Beautiful Lakeside townhouse

My husband, sister and nephew stayed at this beautiful townhouse to attend a wedding in Royse City. The property was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and even had a Christmas tree for the holidays. The kitchen was well appointed and made cooking easy. The Wifi worked well which was important because the cell service is poor in the area. Multiple televisions allow for individual entertainment. We would stay again if we needed that area again.

Beautiful townhome in quiet lakefront neighborhood

This home is exactly as described, clean, and so well maintained! Beautiful updated decor and lots of extras (Keurig, gas fireplace, garage, hot tub, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, etc.) make this a great home away from home. Our family stayed here while in Rockwall for a wedding, and loved the location near restaurants and grocery stores, while also being a quiet, gated community on the lake. We walked just down the street to the Yacht Club and enjoyed the spectacular sunset on the private beach! Dixie (owner) was great to work with and quickly responded to questions. I highly recommend this lovely townhome.

Great place in Rockwall

Very nice gated neighborhood. House has lots of stairs but we were ok with it. Everything was new and worked as it should. I would have loved to had the time to enjoy the lovely tub in the master but maybe next time. Great location and easy to find. We had a baby shower for my daughter there and I live out of state. So it was a lot to plan an execute but the house worked out great and we all had a lovely time.

Deserved get away

Sister. Niece Husband and I. Just wanted warm drivable get away. Perfect weather. Location. Sunsets. Walkable. Everything close. Had great Tex mex n some good bar b q. Enjoyed outside spaces of course. Wish we coulda rented a golf cart /. Thought about it too late. Thanks for all things
