The open floor plan includes a living area furnished with a couch, love seat, and a 65-inch flat-screen TV. The dining table seats up to four people, with two additional seats available at the extended kitchen bar. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the essential cooking necessities. Outside, the back patio offers seating for up to six guests and features a small patio table, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill available upon request. Please note: Effective May 1, 2026, the garage will no longer be accessible to guests.
Complimentary parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway.

Our primary focus is on safety. External areas of the property are monitored by Ring cameras equipped with audio, strategically positioned to cover the driveway, front foyer, garden, and backyard/patio. These cameras operate continuously, prioritizing security while respecting privacy within interior spaces.
No Smoking: To keep the home fresh and comfortable for all guests, smoking of any kind including cigarettes, vaping and cannabis is not allowed inside the property. Any smoking incident indoors will result in a $500 cleaning and remediation fee.
No Pets: We truly love animals, but unfortunately pets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is brought onto the property, a $500 violation fee will be charged, plus an additional $500 pet cleaning fee.
Visitors are allowed but must be disclosed in advance. We have a strict no-party policy. Undisclosed guests or visitors will result in a $500 fee per person.
Private Spaces: Please do not open or attempt to unlock any of the owner’s closets. They are locked because they contain personal items.
Please do not remove the waterproof mattress protector. A $250 fee will be charged for professional cleaning if the mattress is soiled with bodily fluids, and a $500 fee will be charged if the mattress is permanently damaged and requires replacement.
Locking Doors: Please ensure all doors are locked, and double-check that both the back security door and the kitchen door are securely locked.
