Comfortable, convenient, and well-managed stayI stayed at this townhouse twice in November and December 2025. The location is very convenient—about 10 minutes from the airport and major shopping areas, and roughly 15 minutes from the UAB campus. There are two designated parking spaces a few steps away from the front door, which helped me feel safe when coming and going after dark.The unit is in a quiet, refurbished townhouse community away from downtown, which made it a calm place to decompress at the end of the day. I was also able to host a small movie and dinner night with a few people, and the space worked well for that.Management addressed a minor issue from my first stay ahead of my second visit, and the check-out process was simple and reasonable, taking only about 10 minutes.For travelers who plan to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with the basics. If you like to take food with you during the day, I’d suggest bringing a travel mug and sandwich bags—otherwise, there are plenty of dishes available for storing leftovers.Overall, my stays were comfortable and met my needs for the trips I had planned.
