This charming studio boasts access to all the great amenities at Rumbling Bald (1.5 miles from the rental), including a glittering pool, a bubbling hot tub, a sauna, a playground, and a world-class tennis court. Tour the area and discover local attractions like Lake Lure Beach & Water Park, Lake Lure Flowering Bridge, and downtown Chimney Rock, all within a 10-mile radius. Nearby shopping, restaurants, and historical landmarks are sure to entertain you and your loved ones. Not to mention, golf enthusiasts will love the short drive to the area's multiple scenic courses.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior in this studio space. Stream your favorite movies on the TV, serve brunch on the scenic balcony, or play a board game in the cozy sitting area. Prepare grand meals and picnic snacks in the kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop burner, dishwasher, and coffee bar. Get a comfortable night's rest in a soft bed or daybed after a day of adventures.

THINGS TO KNOW
Lake Lure is currently not accessible for summer 2025 due to continued clean up from Helene, but the local Lake Lure community welcomes visitors and looks forward to hosting you. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC..Lake Lure is a man made lake that is drawn down 12 feet each winter season for maintenance. This will impact shorelines. Water will be back up to normal levels in mid April. Please be sure to reach out directly to organizations/businesses for current hours of operation.Lake Lure notice: Pontoon boats and non-motorized vessels may be no longer than 28 feet. All other boats, such as ski boats, fishing boats, deck boats, etc., may be no longer than 21 feet.Kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and pontoon boats can be rented from a local service from Memorial Week-Thanksgiving.

RUMBLING BALD GUEST PASSES
This property is not located within the Rumbling Bald gated area, but has full access to all Rumbling Bald amenities.Guest Passes can be picked up daily between 8:30am and 7:30pm at the Guest Services Desk in the lobby of Legends on the Lake. The name listed on the reservation must be present to collect the passes.It is preferred that reservations are submitted at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Any last-minute requests will likely result in delays receiving your guest passes. Rumbling Bald will need to know the number of guests over the age of 12 to ensure they provide the correct number of passes. Passes will need to be picked up during business hours from Rumbling Bald guest services. There is a $50 fee if any passes need replaced.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
