Vibrant, Centrally Located - This home is centrally located approximately 3 miles from Fashion Show Mall (10 minutes driving), 1 mile from Chinatown/Koreatown, 6 miles from the airport (15-20 minutes driving), and 9 miles from the entrance to Red Rock Canyon (20-25). The home is also a short drive from Mt. Charleston (15 miles from the entrance/ 25 minute drive), and is approximately a 30 minute drive from Hoover Dam. The home is located near the Las Vegas city center and is a short drive from the I15 freeway. Minutes off the freeway, this home is perfectly located for guests stopping for the evening while continuing their road trip. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood, meaning we are not the property for guests wanting a fun place to party. You will not get the "Vegas" 24/7 experience at our property as the neighborhoods quiet hours is from 7:00PM - 7:00AM.

Las Vegas tends to be very easy to drive in/navigate. Las Vegas was a master planned city with the I15 freeway splitting the city into four quadrants (NW, SW, NE, SE). The home is located in the city center (a tad SW). The home has an enclosed two vehicle garage and an attached driveway. The home can park two vehicles (maximum by law). Parking in Las Vegas is plentiful, with free parking at nearly every location you go (off of "The Strip"), and free paring at Fashion Show Mall and Town Square Shopping center both located along Las Vegas Boulevard. The I15 Freeway runs down the center of the city (North to South) running towards Utah and Southern California. The 215 Freeway is accessible off of the I15 and circles the city along the northern, eastern, southern and western boards (generally runs along the mountains that create the Las Vegas Valley). Between the I15 and 215 Freeway, guests can arrive close to any location in the Las Vegas Valley.
