Welcome to our spacious & modern 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in the heart of the vibrant beach town of Grand Bend! Offering everything you need to fulfill a great vacation. Located a short 3 minute walk to the main strip with endless shops and restaurants, and a 6 minute walk to the main Grand Bend beach. Our home is the perfect destination for large groups of family and friends who are looking to relax, unwind, and create lasting memories together! We are also in close proximity to a variety of renowned golf courses (The White Squirrel Golf Club, Oakwood Resort, Sandhills Golf Club) & wineries (Shale Ridge Estate Winery & Dark Horse Estate Winery). The house is located in a quiet gated community, you can expect to experience the upmost amount of privacy while being just minutes from the exciting main strip. Grand Bend is known for its lack of mosquitos no matter the time of year, which our guests are always happy to hear!

Our home offers excellent Wi-fi and plenty of modern amenities. Sleeping up to 12 people (futon is offered for additional sleeping arrangements), this space is ideal for large groups of family and friends seeking a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living space is designed for entertaining and shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities to make your stay convenient and enjoyable, including a Keurig machine. Not in the mood for cooking? You are just a 3 minute walk to plenty of restaurants and bars.

Step outside onto the private back patio, where you'll find a BBQ and dining area for outdoor meals as well as a gas fire table to cozy up to during cooler evenings. The screened in garage allows for additional space for individuals to utilize throughout their stay. Feel free to explore the beach and local trails with the 2 bikes available in the garage or make a splash with our selection of water toys at the beach! We also provide a variety of outdoor games for your enjoyment. For those cozy nights in, we offer a variety of board games and the TV is equipped with a variety of movie streaming service such as Netflix and Prime Video.
