Nestled along a quaint, tree-lined street in Fairview Park, The Henry House is the quintessential suburban, single-family home only 20 mins to downtown, 23 mins to CLE Clinic Main, and 13 mins to CLE airport. The Henry House boasts free driveway parking, a keyless self check-in, fully-equipped kitchen, spacious, cozy living spaces, and a large backyard with a deck in a family+pet-friendly neighborhood. Anything you need can be found just a mile away at Westgate Shopping Center. COZY + CONVENIENT



The Space:

The first floor of the Henry House has a spacious family room with smart TV and access to Paramount+, a fully-equip kitchen with lots of kitchen appliances and cooking basics, a formal dining room, and half bathroom. You have front and backyard access from the first floor.

The finished side of the basement is sports-themed with a cozy lounge area and a foosball table. There is a foldable twin bed available for the basement. The unfinished side of the basement has a full laundry suite with all the laundry supplies available for use.

The upstairs has a three bedrooms one with three beds (queen + twin) and a smart TV, another with a queen bed and smart TV, and a third with a twin bed and access to the upstairs balcony. There is also a full bathroom with a shower/tub. All bedrooms feature spacious closet space.

High speed internet can be accessed throughout the entire house and backyard.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house and backyard.

A code is given for access to the front door.

Garage is not accessible to guests.

The fireplaces in the basement and first floor are for aesthetic only and are not functional.

The bathroom in the basement is not functional at this time.



The Neighborhood:

Fairview Park is a hidden gem on the West Side. This small, family-friendly suburb of Cleveland, has just about everything, from easy Metropark access to plenty of local restaurants. While nearby cities such as Rocky River and Lakewood get a lot of buzz, Fairview Park has been a good landing spot for young families and retirees alike. There’s plenty of houses with great character that vary from starter homes with modest square footage to more spacious estates that overlook the Metroparks. Nearby to The Henry House, Westgate Shopping Center has dozens of stores and eateries that make errands a breeze.



Getting Around:

While it is most convenient to have a car, you can use the bus system at Westgate Town Center, a mile walk from The Henry House, to get to downtown Cleveland and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.



Other Things to Note:

NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $45 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.

NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.

2 NIGHT MIN -- 2-night minimum. All prebooking questions must be answered to process your reservation. If guest fails to answer any prebooking questions their reservation will be canceled and/or declined.

LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting with Airbnb due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).

PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.

GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.

EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).

Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $25/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule. Thank you!

As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will have their autonomy in the house. We, a team of expert hosts, are message away if anything is needed or there are questions about the property. We can be there quickly, if needed.
