Discover this 4-bedroom lake cottage gem in Avon Lake. This cottage offers a fantastic stay for guests. with 3 bedrooms (queen beds upstairs) and 1 bedroom with twin on main floor (for folk's that don't like stairs!). House is perfect for a group getaway. It is just steps away from a private park with lake access. Recently remodeled and features 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths (one upstairs and one on main floor), Full Kitchen and Dining Room. Back Yard is Private and fully fenced for kids and pets! Large Front and back porch with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the lake breeze. This home is just 3 houses down from Lake Erie Vinyard Park, a private park only for homes on the street. Walk down to the lake and enjoy the park and walk down to the lake where there is a pier for fishing!

The cottage was extremely clean and very well appointed! We highly recommend this property and the host! We enjoyed the porches and the fenced back yard for our dog as well.

Very well equipped, one of the best ever stayed. The location is great for exploring around the lake and all things around Cleveland. You won’t go wrong staying at this beautifully restored bungalow.

Nice place in a nice neighborhood

We found this house in good condition. It met our needs to a tee. The house was clean upon arrival and checkin was a piece of cake. We would easily stay here again if we are in the area again.

Perfect Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute property in Avon Lake. It was very convenient for some family to stay here to be close to other relatives. The house was clean, check-in was a breeze, great communication from the hosts, and it’s a great location close to the lake. I would highly recommend this place!

A Great Place

This property was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. The front porch was our favorite place to gather and we could see the lake from there. I would definitely stay here again while visiting family.

Wonderful getaway!

Came to town for a Guardians game- what a great location! Clean, cute, comfortable home! Walked easily to Lake Erie twice and appreciated the beautiful view!

The cottage is very cute and for me, a great location. There were spiders all over the front porch- someone should brush them away occasionally. The AC worked but was extremely loud. We had a good time tho.

Great Stay at a Very Nice House

My wife and I come to Cleveland and stay in a VRBO every holiday season. This property was by far the nicest we have stayed in. Very well decorated, the Christmas tree is a nice touch around the holidays. 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths are plenty of room for a family. Fenced in yard was great for our dog. Very pleased with this property, would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful few days of just kicking back and relaxing. The house was beautiful and well prepared for our visit. Plenty of space for sitting outside or inside. We love the grill! Also loved being able to bring my pooch with us. So appreciated the fenced in backyard. Thank you so much for a great visit.

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway

My wife and I were in town to visit family, and this house was an absolutely perfect spot in which to stay. Upon entering the house, it was immediately apparent that much care and attention to detail went into its modern updates. It was extremely clean and well-maintained, and its layout made for a very cozy, home-like atmosphere. All four bedrooms were spacious, and there was plenty of parking available in the driveway. The hosts were great communicators, although there was no need to reach out during our stay, as they had everything perfectly prepared for us. My wife and I already plan to keep this location in mind for future visits to Cleveland. I couldn't recommend this property more highly!

Perfect! Stay here!

House was adorable. You can see Lake Erie from the front porch which was pretty cool. Tons of supplies available to use such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo etc. Hans was amazing and very accommodating to our ever changing extended stay. Suggestions:-Signage/reflective tape needs to be added to front step. It’s a very quick drop from front door to front porch.-HVAC was a struggle the first night but learned that the 1st floor needs to be set at 70 degrees (in winter) to keep the upstairs not greater than 73 degrees. I had small children during my visit.Highly recommend this home!

Nice Rental House

We visit the area regularly to see family. This was a comfortable and convenient house for our family. I love the location by the lake. There were plenty of towels, dishes, etc. The pack n play and highchair was a really helpful bonus. We enjoyed the fireplace. The living room rug was not my favorite, but that's just because I was crawling around with the baby. The wide driveway and easy entry front door was really helpful for relatives with limited mobility. Some houses have 4-5 steps to enter, which can be challenging, especially in the winter with snow, but this house has only one step and its under the covered porch. The bathroom on the 1st floor was also a win. We will stay here again!

House looked exactly like the pictures. The house was comfortable, clean and well stocked with supplies. Neighborhood was cute and there was a cute breakfast place right around the corner. Definately recommend!
