Super close [2.5 Miles] to Newport & Huntington Beaches
Bike/Walking paths. We have bikes & Boogie Boards our guests can use for free!
Next-door to Fairview Nature Park a beautiful 200 acre nature reserve, Talbert Nature Preserve & the Santa Ana River Trail. Being so close to the park we do have a company that sprays for bugs and traps mice around the whole property and most guests don't run into any problems but being so close to such a big park their is always a potential.
Bike/Walking paths, Restaurants, Shopping, South Coast Plaza [3.8 mi] & Fashion Island [4.7 mi] Orange County Airport [4.8mi], OC Fairgrounds/Event Center [2.5 mi], Disneyland/Anaheim Convention Center[18 mi], Fwys and coastal routes.

Unique, cozy & clean apartment, built into a ranch style house. Located on the border of Newport Beach & Huntington Beach. Next to Fairview Nature Park.
Guest Access:
One parking space included! Private gated front entry next to the garage.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet, peaceful Neighborhood. Located next to the nature park with lots of trails for walking running biking.

Bugs and Pests: We have a company that sprays and takes care of them regularly, but being so close, sometimes it is inevitable. At times we have seen ants, mice, and spiders. Altho it isn't a regular occurrence and typically only happens if the doors are left open for to long, we are equipped and capable to handle these situations.
