Whether your getaway is for relaxing, business, or entertaining, this is the ultimate location. Each room has been carefully designed for top-notch guest comfort. With so many wonderful spaces it will be hard to decide where to spend your time. The custom kitchen is brilliantly designed with high-performance appliances that will assist in making the perfect meal for your family and friends. The tranquil color palette surrounds the living areas of this home and is shown off by the wall of windows welcoming the sunshine and boasting gorgeous waterway views. Coastal Dreaming takes your entertaining game up a level because of its outdoor living space that sits directly on the beautiful intercoastal waterway. Pool & Outdoor Amenities: Heated Pool w/ wading deck and a hot tub that flows into the pool with an upper patio with 2 rocking chairs with a small table. 4 sun loungers, 4 paddleboards, a fire pit, a large TV, a bistro table with 2 chairs, a round picnic table with an umbrella, putting green, and a large sun deck on the third floor great for catching sunsets.
Outdoor Kitchen: A covered kitchen area just off the dining room with grill, refrigeration, counter for food prep with 4 bar stools, sink, resort-style seating, a 2nd fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs surrounding the fire pit, and dining table with 8 chairs and large umbrella.
*Renting of this home includes a six-person electric golf cart (access provided upon signing a waiver). Such a wonderful amenity for putting around whether cruising, heading to dinner, or to the beach!

Kitchen: Refrigerator, 6 burner stove w/ double oven, microwave, 2 refrigerated beverage drawers, wine refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, 4 slice toaster, blender, knife block, seasonings, kitchen aid mixer, overflow dish buffet table, extra large granite island w/ 5 chairs. Basic dishes and utensils are provided.
Living Room: Sectional sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, 2 large bookcases, 2 ottomans, large smart TV, console table, and ceiling fan.
TV Room & Office: Sofa sleeper, 2 end tables, TV, stand-up drafting desk w/ computer, and yoga mats.
œ Bathroom: Toilet and vanity sink.
Dining Room: Dining table with 8 chairs, buffet table with extra stemware, and sliding patio doors to the pool area.
Bedroom #1: The ground-floor master bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, 2-night tables, full-length mirror, skylight, and en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Soaking tub/ shower combination and single vanity.
Second Floor
Bedroom #2: The main master bedroom directly faces the water with access to the outdoor pool area. King-size adjustable position bed, 2 chairs, sofa, 2-night tables, TV, console table, stand-up drafting desk w/ computer, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Soaking tub, toilet room, dual shower, walk-in closet, and patio door leading to hot tub patio with 2 rocking chairs
Laundry Closet: Located on the landing of the stairwell with a washer & dryer and a supply of extra towels.
Third Floor
Bedroom #3: Twin-over-Queen bunk bed, a Queen-size bed, night table, TV, ceiling fan, sliding door with private balcony, and en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #3 (En-suite): Step-in shower, toilet, and single vanity. No tub.
Bedroom #4: King-size bed, dresser, night table, chair, console table, TV, ceiling fan

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Dock lifts are unavailable for guest use, though a boat can be tied to the dock.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Golf Cart Policy: Guests must sign a safety and liability waiver before driving the golf cart. If a waiver is not completed, access instructions cannot be provided.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 + tax per pet is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 5 parking spaces.

Bike rental and board rentals are also available in the area. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
