This is a privately condo located in the Palm Beach Marriott (r) Singer Island Beach Resort and Spa.‬ The resort features a full-service spa, valet parking, bellmen and concierge. A fine dining restaurant is located on premises with breathtaking ocean views. There is a state of the art gym, 2 other restaurants at the pool and right on the beach. Beach service is available from both the restaurant and bar. The resort features two spectacular pools. The relaxing infinity pool with marvelous views of the ocean, cabana rentals, and a large hot tub. The Lagoon pool is one that the kids will enjoy the most! The pool has a 95’ water slide including a waterfall. This is a treat for all ages. The Marriott Singer Island Resort and Spa is located on one of the most pristine stretches of beach in the world with a Barrier reef allowing visitors to experience some of the best snorkeling and water sports just a few feet from the beach. The gentle Gulf-stream assures perfect water temperature for year round enjoyment.

The 19th floor condo was quiet & provided a nice view of ocean from the balcony. The rental’s access to pool, beach, restaurant and other Marriott amenities were a plus. If bringing a vehicle, parking was an expensive additional daily cost.

This place is even better than the pictures—absolutely perfect for my needs. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook, and the bathroom is a dream with both a bathtub and a shower. I loved the view, and the rest of the hotel is very nice as well.We ate at the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed it very much. The coffee and sweets from the little store were great, and the outdoor restaurants by the pool were also excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. I especially loved having a separate bedroom, as I was recovering from surgery. It allowed my caretaker to use the living area without us being in the same room like a standard hotel setup. The washer/dryer combo was the icing on the cake.The place was clean, and the host was very responsive. The only small thing—I would’ve liked extra blankets and sheets since I tend to go from hot to cold during the night. That said, there was a great fan in the closet, and I had brought a travel fan as well.Overall, I give this place a 10 out of 10.

I had such a wonderful stay. The owner of the unit was incredibly gracious—answering all my questions promptly and even making sure I received messages by following up with a text. They went above and beyond by allowing me to check in early, which made my trip that much smoother.The unit itself was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Being right on the beach, there was a little sand around, which I wasn’t surprised by, and it didn’t take away from the experience. The only minor issue I encountered was that the AC stopped working a couple of times, but the next morning the hotel staff were able to come by.All in all, I had a fantastic experience and truly appreciated the owner’s hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning!

Beautiful & easy getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The suite is fantastic with a gorgeous high floor view of both ocean and bay. Our kids loved the water slide while we enjoyed the beach (easy process for umbrella and chairs) and plenty of activities (snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boards). It’s such an easy and quick ride from the airport- we will definitely be back!

First, the good. We appreciated the excellent communication provided by the host. Overall, the resort is nice with good amenities (2 pools, a lovely restaurant with very good food and service, towel and lounge chair setups on the beach). The employees we interacted with were very nice and eager to be of assistance. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided. The view is really nice and you're able to see both the ocean and the Intracoastal. Now, the not so good. The unit was not clean when we arrived - sandy floor, smeared/not clean countertops, cheez it crackers on the outside balcony floor and chair. There was a total of one coffe cup. This was relayed to the host the morning after we arrived and they promised to contact the cleaning staff. I'm sure they did but we didn't see anyone until 4p that afternoon. They offered a quick clean up which we declined due to our schedule. They promised to come back with additional coffee cups. That never happened so for 2 mornings my husband and i had to share a coffee cup.Also, the unit structure is strange in that there is a large threshold between the entrance/kitchen area and the living room. There is also a large threshold between the living room and bedroom.There is a washer but no dryer. That is mentioned in the description so that's on me for not noticing. Just weird to have a washer with no dryer.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for your kind comments about the host, resort, amenities, and staff-we truly appreciate it. For clarity, we were happy to accommodate a 10:00am early check-in, well ahead of our standard 4:00pm check-in time. When you notified us about a few touch-ups, we immediately arranged for our cleaners to return after they were done in other units; however, the quick clean was declined due to your schedule. They later came back a second time with additional coffee cups and K-cups, but were unable to enter as the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. Also, the unit features a washer/dryer combo, and guests are always encouraged to contact us anytime with questions-we’re happy to assist. Thank you again for staying with us.

A Fantastic Experience

This is a beautiful apartment in in one of the area’s very best resorts. The view from the 19 floor is spectacular and you can see dolphins frolicking in the in the ocean and even when the thunderstorms came the lightning show is spectacular.

Great stay

We had a nice visit. First the negatives:The apartment was not as clean as I would have liked. There was a layer of dust on everything, jelly stains on the window sill, coffee cup marks on side tables, hair and dust in the bathtub. I feel like it may have been a while since it had been rented. I also would have loved to have a blender and measuring cups.The lighting was insufficient as well. Positives: It had a beautiful view of the ocean and intercoastal. It is high up the deck/patio was a wonderful place to relax and look at and listen to the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway for me and my daughter. I would just make sure you ask that it has been thoroughly cleaned as they don’t come and clean and change out towels etc. during the stay.

The facility was beautiful, view of the beach is stunning. The host was easily reached and responsive when I had an issue. The only reason I give it one less star is the pull out sofa is not comfortable and the front room has no curtains to keep the sun out. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.
