Off the beaten path and walking distance to Fort Rock Park with pickleball, basketball & volleyball courts, an open field and miles of bike trails that are safe for families! Also a short ride to the SHARC water park & the shopping village. After a fun day outdoors you can come home and unwind in the hot tub or cozy-up by the fireplace, while the kids have ping pong, bikes, and games galore! 8 SHARC passes. No pets.

The space:
Enjoy the open floor concept with plenty of space for everyone. The gourmet kitchen with all brand new appliances and granite countertops has everything you need to feel right at home (Keurig + coffee, microwave, toaster, instapot, rice cookers, Ninja blender, Cuisinart, electric griddle, spices + oils and MORE!

Enjoy your favorite programs streaming from the large flat screen TV and Sonos player in the living room cozying up by the fireplace. Fully stocked with board games, books, VHS tapes and DVDs.

All the sporting equipment you need: ping pong table in the garage, basketball, volleyball, soccer ball, pickle ball, frisbees, snow saucer. 5 adult bikes and 5 kid bikes. Easy walk to Fort Rock Park!

Soak in the jacuzzi after a fun day exploring!

Sleep well in the comfy beds with high end linens and plush comforters.

Family friendly! A pack and play, infant booster seat, toddler/kid cutlery, and toys and books are all available to use.

Please read house policies and check out policies under “house manual”. Thank you for adhering to our no pet policy and no smoking policy. Violation to this policy will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. Same goes for smoking or vaping.

Guest access:
The best way to travel through Sunriver is by car or bike! There are bike and walking trails to every destination in Sunriver. The Country store and gas station are about 1 mile away. The Sunriver Airport is about 2 miles. The Deschutes River is about 1 mile away. Fort Rock Park is less than 1/2 mile away. The SHARC is about 1 mile away. The Village is about 2 miles away. For Alpine activities, Mt. Bachelor is 22 miles away.
