The space
This studio condo is located in the Streetcar Lofts, a seven story community built in 2001. Designed to imitate the area's historical warehouse lofts, it offers floor-to-ceiling windows with metal reinforced exterior walls, 10-foot ceilings and large open flexible living spaces. Open duct work, concrete walls and floors lend this space an industrial, urban feel with all the conveniences of a modern home. The condo is located on the second floor of the building, accessible by stair or elevator. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, walk-in closet, WiFi, TV with streaming apps. This unit is pet friendly.

Per HOA rules, guests are asked to sign a rental agreement and schedule an orientation to learn of building policies and procedures during their stay. In addition, arrivals are only permitted Monday - Saturday 8am to 5pm.
