The Barn is a renovated Hay Barn from the 1960’s. Our family has owned this property in South Eugene for many years. The Barn sits on a panhandle lot that is a little under 1 acre and is approached by a long driveway which gives you a nice quiet retreat without being too far from stores, restaurants, and activities around town

LOVED IT!!

This was one of our favorite vacation rental experiences we’ve ever had! The owners have thought of everything. So many little thoughtful touches and helpful tips. There was even a bag of goodies waiting for us! HIGHLY recommend.

The Barn

This is an awesome property. The remodel of The Barn is really well done. It is perfect for a couple. The area was very quiet and the king bed was comfy. We will definitely stay again when in Eugene.

Another Great Stay

Indeed another great stay! The hosts are extremely nice and professional. A very quiet property with all the amenities that one would need. Very clean. The outside area when the sun is shining is perfect. When I have the chance, this is my first option for a stay!

You won’t miss home!

It’s clean, and has all modern amenities you could want. It’s a short walk to Market of Choice and cooking there was easy! Bed is big, couch is comfortable, washer and dryer are easy and functional! There is nothing forgotten and this makes the stay exceptional! Highly recommended!!

Amazing experience

The Barn was perfect for us. It was more than expected. Quiet location with privacy. The living space has all the comforts of home and more. The design was well thought out and designed for comfort. Perfect place to stay

I have a college student at UO and have typically stayed in a hotel when I come to town. This time I tried The Barn and loved it! The space is exactly as it is pictured, but in person you recognize all of the wonderful attention to detail that Sarah has put into this property. The decor and styling are perfect, giving the space an upscale, yet cozy feel. The layout is great, privacy when you are in the bed area, a nice little living room, great kitchen and a lovely outdoor space. I loved the location, even though it is a little drive to the campus, it is in a beautiful spot in the hills. I enjoyed exploring more of Eugene than I have in prior visits. I had a great weekend and enjoyed coming "home" to this space.

Excellent Place to Stay

The Barn is an excellent place to stay. My partner and I stayed for just under a week and have nothing but positive things to say about the Barn. The kitchen is well appointed for those who like to cook, the interior is well decorated, comfortable, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The owners have paid great attention to small details (like multi-pronged charging cables for a variety of electronic devices placed conveniently throughout the house). The outside patio area with a barbecue, fire pit, and picnic table is a great place for nice dinners in the evening. And the location is great. It’s secluded and quiet, but still in a very walkable location with easy access to restaurants, groceries, and hiking/running trails. I highly recommend the Barn for your next stay.

Perfect for a Eugene visit

We stayed here for the NCAA Track & Field Div1 finals. It was a perfect location. We elected to use Lyft from the Barn instead of trying to park near the UO. It worked perfectly. The Barn is close to everything. We have stayed in many vacation rentals. This was one of the best. It has everything you need. Beautifully designed. Kitchen is well stocked. Plus the side area is great place to relax outside. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Eugene.

Have stayed at the barn several times, and each time it’s perfect! Sarah is a wonderful host with great communication and consideration checking in and out. The barn has every amenity one might need. Very quiet and great location.

Terrific!!!

Incredible newly renovated little barn in a nice quiet neighborhood. Sarah did not miss a touch in this studio! Everything you would want and need is there. Super cool inside and very spacious. Outdoor area is sweet and very fun. All the pics are right on and exactly what you get. Absolutely loved it and would rent again when back in Eugene. Sarah, the owner, is very responsive to any questions or needs. Loved it!

Upscale with all the extras

I loved “The Barn”. So clean first of all. Very well kept outside and inside. This place had everything new and nice. Coffee and welcome package when I arrived. Everything from the bed, fridge, filtered water, laundry pods, extra fans, pour over coffee, to the extra phone charging cables, towels, shower was top of the line and convenient. Super quiet, never noticed anyone on the main property. Secluded by a board on board fence. Parking was easy. Loved it and will stay their again!
