Windancer offers top level amenities with the classic Florida low-rise resort feel. Tucked away on east end of Scenic gulf drive in Miramar Beach most locals don’t know Windancer lane even exists! Little do they know its right in the thick of things! One mile north of the condo you’ll find the silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants there’s plenty for the avid shopper or diner! Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and complimentary beach service for each of its units (2 chairs, 1 umbrellas per condo)
Upon entering this gorgeous one bedroom, one and a half bathroom condo you are greeted by a long foyer with spectacular gulf views that you can see from the hallway. Veer to the left and walk into the wonderful Master Bedroom that houses a large King size bed, a full bath en suite, and a sunny window view. Within the hallway you will find a built-in bunk nook with Twin size beds great for the kids, and a community half bath for guests. The remainder of unit 205 is equipped with a lovely updated kitchen, an open dining area, and a cozy living room with a flat screen TV for viewing pleasure. Also in the living room is a Queen sleeper sofa and a set of sliding glass doors that lead out to your private balcony that offers tremendous gulf views. Act fast to reserve your choice of dates and come visit some of the world's most beautiful beaches!
