Great spot for family vacation

We stayed here comfortably with the whole fam - 8 adults, 2 kids, and 1 toddler. It was perfect for our family vacation, since it was walking distance from the beach and the boardwalk and had beach equipment we could use. Rob was very communicative and accommodating. The place was clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean and spacious. One short block to the beach The owner Rob was very attentive and made lots of suggestions as to where the hot spots were and all the "happenings". Can't wait to rent this place again!!!!

Beautiful Home, Great Location

I rented this home this past weekend and was very happy with it. The house was clean, well kept, and had the biggest couch I have ever seen! You could put an entire family on it to enjoy a quiet night after a fun-filled day at the beach. The location is great! It's just a couple blocks past the "Wildwoods" sign at the end of the boardwalk which is nice because you are close to the action, yet far away enough to relax and enjoy some quiet time. We fit a large SUV in the garage plus a car in the driveway. There was ample street parking just around the corner for the rest of our party. I would happily stay here again!

Better than the pictures

Absolutely Stellar. Our host reached out to us weeks prior to give us the rundown and make sure we were prepared. Rob is a great guy and let us enter early as soon as the cleaning people left. All furniture is quality and everything was larger than the pictures would indicate. The property is obviously well maintained. Boardwalk is a 1 block walk. Would clearly rent again. Thank you for everything Rob.

Great Location and Host

We had a great stay here in July. The location is fantastic as it's only a block off the boardwalk and beach. You walk up right where the tramcar starts its route so hopping on is easy. We didn't have to drive anywhere the whole week except for groceries. The kitchen is very nicely appointed and the bedrooms are nice as well. We had one bed that seemed a bit hard, but everyone else said they were very comfortable. The house is very well maintained and clean. There were a few missing light bulbs, but nothing of consequence really. The alarm system also has a chime every time a door opens that got annoying when people had varying bedtimes. The bedroom on the ground floor doesn't have a door, so noise and privacy were a bit of a problem for the couple staying in there. However, it's isolated so it was only an inconvenience more than anything. This room was the most affected by the door chime since the chime was on the ground floor and there was no door to dampen the sound. Again, these only amounted to minor inconveniences though. Overall, it was a great stay in a great house. Thank you to Rob for being so responsive and helpful.

Lovely Beach Home close to the shore

Our large family loved the stay. We had ample living room space to converge, and we made use of the full garage for beach stuff every day. We enjoyed the grill on the patio outback and appreciated all of the bathrooms that were available.

Smith Family Getaway

There were 11 of us and all 11 had a great time! We absolutely loved the house. Plenty of room, clean and great communication with Robert, the owner. When we do this as a family again, we will be using VRBO to get this place again 😊

Spacious and bright - nice place

This townhouse is large, clean and cheery with nice furnishings. The host is engaged, communicative and protective of the property. We had to stock up on paper products - left some. There were only 4 of us so lots of space to spread out. The front door is a few steps and a sidewalk from traffic on Atlantic Ave, a main thoroughfare. It was offseason for our visit so traffic was light but still had to be careful backing out of or into the drive/parking spot. In season that could be challenging. 2nd on-site parking spot is in the garage for a smaller vehicle only and would be parked-in by a vehicle in the drive. We didn't need additional parking but I think the host includes a hang tag for street parking in-season. The 1st floor bedroom with bunks has no door - only a framed opening to the hall - and has the sliding door to the fenced/ shared yard/patio in rear of property. I wasn't expecting a jacuzzi tub in master bath (may not be in description) but I turned it on for a minute and black material sprayed around so it looks like the plumbing for the jets needs to be cleaned - probably hadn't been used since last season. Otherwise everything was very clean. Neighborhood was a little deserted on a cool Easter weekend but quite a few stores and food spots on the boardwalk were open, less than a mile away. Thanks to host Rob for the stay!

Very accommodating

The house was very spacious, from the large living room to the kitchen it never felt overcrowded. The teenage boys loved the bedroom on the first floor. House was very clean and having a garage is very helpful with beach gear. The neighborhood is quiet at night and just a short walk to the beach. We had a small problem in the beginning, however Robert was on it asap and it was resolved. Overall, this is a great house. Look forward to next year.

Wonderful Experience

My group and I had a wonderful time here. The house was so nice and spacious. Plus it was so close to EVERYTHING! The Beach and boardwalk, grocery stores, restaurants, you name it! I would absolutely recommend this place and will look to book again down the road.

Fabulous place!

This property was fantastic! It was spotless, well appointed, and a great/convenient location! We appreciated the "extras" that Robert provided, such as the beach buggy, beach chairs and boogie boards. Robert was also very responsive to my questions. Check in process was super easy as well. Highly recommend this property, and I look forward to staying here again.
