Welcome to The Fox Den! This quaint studio apartment is nestled within The Cottonwoods and features a private entrance, covered parking spot and plentiful amenities including an indoor pool, sauna and game room. Settle into your cozy abode and enjoy the convenience of a well-stocked kitchenette, or head Downtown to discover the remarkable tastes of Fort Collins! This retreat for two is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Centrally located between Old Town and the CSU campus, The Fox Den provides convenient access to local restaurants, breweries, and attractions. Enjoy a scenic 15-minute stroll to the vibrant Old Town Square or explore the bustling CSU campus that is just two blocks away. Then head home for a dip in the pool and a revitalizing sauna session before sinking into bed. You will love this Downtown location!

This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bathroom 1: ¾ Bath with Walk-in Shower | Sleeps 2

OUTDOOR LIVING: Shared community BBQ grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. Plus two complimentary bikes for exploring Fort Collins!

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV with Netflix and a cozy reading chair.

KITCHENETTE: Equipped with a microwave, toaster, mini refrigerator, hot plate, bar-top seating for 2, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener, picnic cooler and ice packs.

BATHROOMS: There is a ¾ bathroom with a walk-in shower. We include a hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, community laundry area with coin-operated washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

COMMON AREA AMENITIES: Indoor heated pool (open year-round), sauna, fitness room with free weights and a Tour de France exercise bike, plus a game room with board games, cable TV, pool table, and ping-pong.

PARKING: One covered parking space. Street parking is restricted.

Quiet comfortable stay and well stocked. Fairly difficult to find after dark. Lighting not ideal, mentioning for women traveling alone. Made food delivery a bit tricky. I would stay again

I enjoyed my time at the Fox Den. It was a lovely stroll to the Old Town neighborhood. I felt safe walking back alone after dark. The place was neat and tidy. I’d definitely stay again!

This was a perfect location. It was within walking distance of my daughter's apartment and many restaurants and shops. The pool and game room were great to get away from the heat outside. Stacy responded quickly to a couple of minor issues we had.

Short birthday trip

It’s a small, fun, and cute room to stay in. The parking spot is super close to room, which makes it easy for trips to the car. It has everything you could ever need. And it’s perfectly close to everything in old town that you’d want to go to. Thank you for a great stay.

The unit was perfect for our weekend stay in Fort Collins. Clean, easily accessible and quick communication with the owner. Perfect for sleeping and bathing which is all we needed it for!

We slept fine on the comfortable bed. The room was very clean. Smaller than we expected. The bikes and pool were not what we expected. Bikes had flat tires and dirty. Seats were worn. Did not try them. It was hard to find the pool entrance. The toilet at the pool was very dirty. A box of Kleenex would of been great in the room also. I guess what I'm saying is that the pictures on VRBO must be out of date. On a positive side, the parking space was awesome.

Nice and simple. Great neighborhood

This spot is appears to be a converted office or something like that for a condo complex. It's basically a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. There is a coin laundry in the building. It doesn't have a full kitchen. There's a mini fridge and little plugin cook top instead of a stove. I suggest not buying too many groceries at once because they will get frozen if you leave them in the mini fridge too long. Check-out involved stripping the bed, piling up linens and towels, and taking out the trash. Overall, I'd describe the spot as very simple, but also clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is really nice too.

A jewel near Olde Town

The Fox's Den is a jewel within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping in Old Town Ft. Collins. We were initially hesitant when we realized our accommodation was in an apartment building, but we quickly settled in as the dedicated covered parking spot is located at the end of the short sidewalk to the building, and the studio is located just inside the lobby entrance. The studio is nicely updated, comfortable, the kitchenette is well appointed, and bathroom is good sized with a shower head at the perfect height for my tall husband! The area is nicely maintained and quiet hours enforced. One would think being by the small lobby might be noisy, but it was not at all. To better enjoy the area, bicycles are available to ride in the beautiful tree lined streets and quiet neighborhood surrounding this place. We have already recommended this place to a friend who makes a couple of trips each year to Ft. Collins to visit family. We will be in touch with Stacy again on our next visit to Ft. Collins.
