La Serra - Modern greenhouse on lake Como

Cozy villa on lake Como. The structure has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. The all-window front of the house gives a great view of the lake, and the terrace offers the opportunity to have a meal enjoying the relaxing garden.

Several amenities are present to give you the best possible experience; barbecue, air-conditioning, fireplace, Jacuzzi, and private berth with boat rental are among them.

The villa develops on two floors. The ground one features a bedroom, a bathroom, and the living room, with an open-space kitchen. This floor also has direct access to the garden.

The first floor is composed of the second bathroom and the second bedroom.

On one side of the garden, the jacuzzy and the external shower are present, while on the other side you can find a barbecue area with a small table.

On the side of the villa there is a large porch. It can be shaded for the best comfort and it can also be completely closed if the weather becomes a little bit more chilly.

The communal gardens allow our guests to reach the lake for a dip.

The villa, the garden, the jacuzzy, and the barbecue area are private. You will be the only one accessing them.

A private box is also available for the car. The box is not inside the property, but it is only 200 meters from it. The car can be temporarily left in front of the house, at the side of the road, while unloading the luggage.

The jacuzzi is available all year around. We completely change the water after every check-out. During the winter season, it might take some time before the water reaches back the desired temperature, so you may need to wait until evening. Please keep it covered to speed up the process.

A private berth is available to dock a boat. You will be able to explore the lake without moving the car. We can help arranging a boat rental.
