Very clean and comfortable home with well stocked kitchen which includes nice appliances, utensils and some general staples. Great central location to launch to Morro Bay, Cayucas, San Simeon, and of course Cambria and Moonstone Beach. Host communicates the house rules and expectations clearly and responds quickly.Enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for a coastal get away, then look no further. This home is so beautiful! It is clean, wonderful ammenities, tastefully decorated, they provide much of what we would bring so it lightened our packing (shampoo, cream rinse, body soap, hairdryer, seasonings, variety of cooking equipment). This home is almost at the top of the hill, very close to Moonstone Beach, downtown, and Fiscalini Ranch. We loved it. We used the observation deck to take photos of the stars and the well stocked kitchen with nice pots/pans for cooking breakfast, We also watched a sunset from the front yard using the propane fire pit perfect!All in all this was a great experience and we will be coming back!

Beautiful home, spotless, and exactly as pictured — if not better. The space was incredibly clean and well‑maintained, and the host was truly A. She responded quickly to every question and provided very clear, detailed instructions from check‑in to check‑out, which made the stay effortless.The location is great — just a few blocks from the beach. The only thing to note is that the home sits on a very steep hill, which might be challenging for some to walk, but we drove and had no issues.My wife and I loved the house. It had every amenity we needed for a comfortable stay, and we would absolutely choose this property again.

We had a great time the place was set up nice I think just the one thing would be a better set up for the outside upstairs area the view of ocean was nice but there was no chairs to sit on and we had to drag our beach chairs up and down the spiral stairs so that was a disappointment So maybe if your going to offer this special ocean view There should be a easy access to the customer or don’t offer it Other then that we had a great time

There are ocean views from from the windows including the front outside with two Adirondack chairs. No need to drag anything up on the garage.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything felt very clean and well-equipped. We loved walking each morning on the extensive bluff-top trails overlooking the ocean, and making the quick drive into town for yummy food and shopping. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen and dishes well stocked with everything we needed and a nice big table to eat together. The couch easily fit the whole family for movie nights. We loved our stay here and absolutely want to come again.

Perfect getaway! This is a charming home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is thoughtfully decorated and exceptionally clean, stocked with everything we needed. If you can tear yourself away from the ocean views in the front yard, the entrance to the peaceful trails of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve is close by for lovely morning walks!

Lovely home and very well equipped!

My friend and I stayed for four nights. Check in was smooth and easy, the house was sparkling clean, and in a great location. The kitchen was probably the best-equipped of any rental property I’ve stayed at. The house is also in a very quiet area, which we appreciated. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely House

The house was lovely with everything we needed for our stay in Cambria. The patio was a peaceful spot for morning reading and afternoon cocktails. The kitchen was well-equipped. It was very relaxing to hear the ocean in the night.

A great long weekend stay

Everything was clean and in order and the ocean views from the kitchen and upstairs were a nice treat. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and made use of the fireplace as it was in the 50's most nights. The house gets tons of light and we loved looking out onto the charming back yard. It was an easy walk from the house to the ocean and town park and the neighborhood is quite charming. It was just what we were looking for!

Best thing about this house is the location - it’s a 10min walk to the beach (the most gorgeous sunsets) and so close to the Fiscalini Ranch preserve. It is super clean as everyone says. But for whatever reason - the upstairs had a powerful odor of “wet dogs”. Fortunately the owner had some scented candles that we lit which helped some. And I understand about the water conservation but “2 min” showers seems a bit much. It’s a comfy place and overall clean but the way the house rules are stated made me uncomfortable to use or touch anything in the house.

An absolute GEM!!

Our stay at this property was excellent! The house was spotless (I'm a clean freak so I appreciated the pristine cleanliness) and it was well-equipped with everything you would need to be 100% satisfied and comfortable. The location was excellent and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant....we were able to see quite a few deer during our stay there. Moonstone Beach is just a short drive away, as well as Main Street with all the cute shops and restaurants. The owners were more than accommodating, even going as far as making time before our stay to swap out the twin bed for a full size bed in the guest bedroom so that my pre-teen would be more comfortable. The home itself truly is charming, beautifully decorated, and peaceful. We loved the lights in the trees in the living room at night and the dimmer on the kitchen chandelier. It definitely sets a nice mood. The backyard garden was soooo calming and relaxing both during the day and night. We also really enjoyed waking up and looking out the master bedroom window to see the beautiful blue ocean in the distance. This place is perfect for couples or small families who are looking for a place to go to refresh and re-charge from life's day-to-day stress. We will definitely be visiting this home again in the future :)

A wonderful stay ! Beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings. The kitchen had everything you need (we brought her own olive oil and spices). The host was responsive and replied right away. No problems whatsoever. Very roomy the beds are very comfortable and the couch downstairs to hang around or watch TV was great. Very close to the town and to Moonstone Beach.

THank you...Our kitchen has spices, but, when you emailed regarding spices and olive oil...I just said you "may" want to bring what you LOVE, so you weren't disappointed in our selection :) our local market has everything extra too.
