Welcome to your perfect coastal escape in South Bethany! Dockside Daydream is a charming four-bedroom vacation home nestled right on the canal, offering a serene waterfront setting ideal for relaxation and adventure. With its classic beach house feel, spacious layout, and private elevator, itâs the perfect place to unwind. Large windows throughout the home invite in natural light and offer peaceful water views, creating a bright and breezy atmosphere that embodies the spirit of a true seaside getaway.
FLOOR-BY-FLOOR DESCRIPTION
First Floor: This level features access to the expansive canal-front deck with a grill, outside shower, and beach supplies. There are two bedrooms both equipped with queen beds. A shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves these rooms.
Second Floor: The heart of the home features an open-concept living area perfect for gathering. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable seating area, and a dining space. A den located just off the living room features a Queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. This level also includes a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower
Third Floor: The upper level houses the Primary Suite with a King bed and an en-suite full bathroom. The bathroom has an large two person jacuzzi with a showerhead. There is another bedroom located here, featuring two Twin beds and a private en-suite half-bathroom.
Outdoor Living & More: Enjoy a private dock perfect for kayaking and crabbing. The home includes two South Bethany parking passes for your convenience. Please note the garage is for storage only; driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
MISCELLANEOUS
-The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
-There is parking for 4 vehicles.
-No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
-The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025.
