Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Jewel by the Sea is a beautiful, newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 8 people . Your vacation begins as you step inside to the spacious open kitchen/ living room and envision your family hanging out, having a wonderful time! The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities you will need to prepare meals during your stay. The living room has comfortable seating for everyone. This home has WIFI so that you can stream your favorite shows or movies on the Smart TV, or stay connected to Social mediums. Just login using the password located inside the home.
Outside, you will find ample seating on the deck where you can enjoy sipping that morning cup of coffee watching a breathtaking sunrise, and cool beverages viewing our glorious sunsets.
Downstairs, you can hangout in the shade at the Bar with plenty of seating, or gather around the table while waiting on the family "Grill Master" to charcoal something yummy on the grill! When the sand and waves call, you are just a walk, golf cart, or vehicle ride away from the shore. Be sure to grab your sunscreen! After a fun day enjoying the sand and sun, rinse off in the downstairs shower. You will discover a "Gem" in Jewel by the Sea!

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Beauty bar per bath
Trial shampoo/conditioner per full bath

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
