Belle Log Cabin Mountain Top Retreat, parmi les arbres

Cette cabane en rondins joliment décoré est situé sur une montagne rural et entouré de forêts, bosquets de lauriers, et de nombreuses variétés d'animaux sauvages. Profitez de nombreuses activités de plein air telles que la randonnée du sentier des Appalaches, en explorant les colonies de chevaux sauvages de Grayson Highlands State Park (appelés les «doux miles de l'AT [Appalachian Trail]» par Backpacker Magazine, Août 2007), ou de prendre une promenade le long du Blue Ridge Parkway. Il y a des flux ensemencées de truites et de nombreux lieux historiques dans les régions environnantes à explorer.

La cuisine est bien équipée et tous les draps sont fournis. Détendez-vous sur la grande enveloppe autour de porches que le crépuscule tombe ou que le soleil se lève sur la crête et profiter de la nature à son meilleur que les dindes volent au-dessus de la crête, ou les cerfs sortent de leurs lieux de repos dans les lauriers. Ne pas oublier votre appareil photo!

This cabin was perfect for our group, it was clean, well stocked, and very spacious! We really loved enjoying the beautiful scenery from the big wrap around porch! Would absolutely stay here again when I’m back in the area!

Staying at this cabin is like coming home. It is cozy, comfortable and well equipped. After 3 stays here it is consistently well maintained and easy to be here. I definitely recommend this cabin as a superb get-away!!

Perfect cabin in the woods for extended family

Super clean house, weĺ-equipped kitchen, space for everyone to relax, and we didn't eveñ use the downstairs except br ànd ba. 5 stars for this woodsy vacation cabin.

Beautiful Cabin Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the 2 Sisters Cabin. The house is extremely well appointed and the hosts very friendly. We are for sure going to be back, we already talked about another stay in the fall as we are sure the surroundings will be gorgeous with the changing of the leaves. Overall fantastic stay!

Great vacation cabin

Very clean and all the space to boot! Loved the kitchen set up and bed space. Lovely porch space. Needs updated tv--just would be a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere

We enjoyed our stay at 2sisters cabin. Lovely, peaceful, and private location. We visited Grayson highlands park and went biking on the Virginia creeper trail. House had everything we needed and is well-maintained. We’d love to have a return visit.

Great getaway

This was our second time renting Two Sisters. The house is clean, plenty of space for our large family, and a short drive to hiking and the Virginia Creeper Trail. Beautiful location.

Troutdale mountain house

We all enjoyed our stay there. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. Loved the fact that we were the only house and could make all the noise from laughing. We do get loud as we play games. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house.

Just Wonderful

We stayed here years ago when our kids were young and it has always held a special place in our memories. Now, 9 years later, we’ve made more incredible memories to hold on to as our children are transitioning into adulthood. Everything you need is here, including incredibly comfortable beds, very hot water, and beautiful wood burner. Thank you for sharing your home with us once more and hopefully more in the future!

Wonderful!!!!

Our family of 3 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 preteens loved Two Sisters. It is VERY well kept, nicely furnished and the most well supplied Vrbo we have stayed in. Owner quickly responded to any questions. Very privately located. Convenient to Grayson Highlands State Park- about 30 minutes. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in that area. ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful home lots of room

Thank you for allowing us to rent your home. Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the chipmunks running about. Drive way was pretty steep,but our trucks did fine. Thank you again

What beautiful mountain views.

Feels like being hugged by the forest. The house is beautiful and well appointed. Kitchen has everything there to cook with and so easy to navigate. House is so well organized and no guessing where to find anything. So much space for a family and friends. WiFi works great. No cell service but if your phone works on WiFi you can do that. Very clean and well kept home. We enjoyed our stay. Owners are very courteous and responsive.

Cedar Springs Fishing Trip

My husband, adult son and some friends had a fishing trip at Cedar Springs. This property was absolutely perfect for the guys. Plenty of room, fridges and freezers to store the catch of the day and a well stocked kitchen with everything they needed. Location is QUIET and private and about a 30 minute drive to the fishing area which is to be expected .Even had a brief visit from a bear, who obviously could tell they'd been fishing. Wi-fi connection was excellent. Dianne was an absolutely STELLAR host (even communicating well during the aftermath of Hurricane Helene when internet and cell service was spotty). She went above and beyond to make this a successful trip for the boys and we appreciate it so much! The boys do a fishing trip 1-2 times a year and we will 100% be renting with them again if they are available. You can tell that they take pride in the home and take their role as hosts seriously. Could not have asked for better.

Cute private cabin in the woods

We had the most wonderful stay with our family of 5 and two of our friends. The location was in a perfect location for going to the Creeper Trail in Damascus, Grayson Highland State Park to see the wild horses, and lots of nearby fishing streams. There was plenty of room in the cabin and it made it so nice to have our own space. A full bathroom and shower on all 3 floors was so nice! We made most of our meals at the cabin in the well stocked kitchen, and the kids certainly enjoyed the TV with the amazing collection of DVDs and VHSs. The cute toy box was a hit also with my toddler. We just loved every thing about this quaint cottage and cannot wait to stay here again. The owner was very sweet and quick to respond with questions. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Lovely Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Our trip was mostly to enjoy easy hikes around the area. We explored Grayson Highlands, Hungry Mother State Park, and biked the Virginia Creeper Trail. The cabin was great location wise for us to be able to explore all these locations! Loved how the kitchens were well stocked. We didn't need anything except extra paper products, since we were staying almost a week. The cabin was very clean and organized which was great! The only trouble we had was that it was a little hot at night, but thankfully we were able to turn off the air unit turn on the fans and open the windows. I know others have had a hard time with the driveway. We had two sedans and a small SUV, as long as we took it slow it was fine, even when it rained. We would recommend to a friend, beautiful location!

Best place to stay in the area

Second time staying at Two Sisters. Great privacy but close to trails and mountains. Stay here to visit family in the area. So clean and can plenty of space to have a large family

Stay for a Family Reunion and Wedding Event

It was a very nice place and conveniently located for us between Marion, Galax and Rural Retreat. We also went to Grayson Heights for our wedding pictures, so was central to all we did there! The owners were a joy and easy to communicate with! The cabin was a nice getaway! Thank you for making it a nice stay!
