We are a senior couple and this was our second year at Boca Ciega Resort. It was our first year in this unit. We really enjoyed it. It is simple furnished but we loved that it wasn’t packed with unnecessary stuff. The kitchen was stocks with all the necessary equipment and the washer and dryer worked great. The resort is awesome. People mention the road noise really who cares. Beautiful views and loved seeing dolphins. We are coming back next January for another 2 months.

What a wonderful place

My mother and I stayed in this condo and had an absolutely wonderful stay. We saw dolphins every day and multiple times a day. It’s an adorable and comfortable condo. We would most definitely stay here again.

Quick vacay to pull some recon

Hubby and I visited St. Petersburg to investigate potentially retiring here. Beautiful area, central to tons of locations. We didnt make use of the pool, but it looks refreshing. Overall would stay again gor a quick trip. A bit too small for an extended stay.

Beautiful!!

Great location and beautiful view right on the bay, we saw dolphins every day. Doc Fords is next door which was a plus to be able to walk too and the food was delicious.

Just as described. Beautiful views. Nice property for our short stay visiting family in the area. Close to the beaches and John’s Pass and any shops or restaurants you may want. Quick and helpful responses during booking. Would stay again.

Quick little getaway

Everything was great about the condo. Great views, very clean and easy checkin process. We also took advantage of Doc Ford's being across the parking lot! Definitely recommend.

Very nice

We really enjoyed the view from the balcony it was great. The sunsets were amazing, the location was perfect about 2.5 miles to the beaches, about 22 minutes to downtown.Grocery stores nearby, many good restaurants in the neighborhood. The condo itself was a nice size, the small but full kitchen was well equipped and very nice to have. The washer and dryer was great to have.There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be worked on, but overall we enjoyed staying there for 2 weeks.I would stay there again.

Great for a Couple

The condo was great for our three-night stay. It had a lovely view of the water from the living room and balcony, including passing dolphins on two days of our stay. Matt, the host, was excellent to deal with - very prompt to answer any questions. Pool area is picturesque. We will rent here again.

Nice condo on intercoastal

We’ve never stayed in this area but would do it again. Matt was very prompt in answering questions I had. The condo was very clean, with a great view!

A room with a view

A comfortable stay with nice views of sunset, boaters and wildlife from the balcony. Added comforts like a makeup mirror and shower dispenser are a plus. Perfect for a couple or a small family if kids sleep in living area. Restaurant with entertainment right next door. Convenient to beaches, downtown and other tourist destinations. Thank you Matthew.

Amazing views

Beautiful for 2 people with awesome views. Dancing dolphins and lots of boats. Very clean and a comfortable bed. Reasonable rates and parking was great. Lots of lighting for Security. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again! Matt was very kind and prompt in answering.

Great Place!

This was a great place! The view was amazing! The kitchen had about anything you would need to cook! The condo was clean and comfortable! The grounds were also very well maintained! The host went over and beyond when I needed help! It was supposed to be my husband and son with me but because of some unforeseen circumstances my mom came with me and it was an excellent experience for her! We will definitely be staying here again!

Exactly as Expected!

The place was clean and tidy. Future reservations need to know that bathroom supplies are limited. Bring shampoo etc. and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week stay.

First off fire alarm in living room hanging by wires and no batteries in it. No instruction book in condo or codes for fitness room. Rug and small rugs in kitchen and bath need deep cleaning. Under couch cushions haven’t been cleaned in ages Other than that resort was clean and we had good time.

There is some road traffic over a nearby bridge, but we’ve never received complaints about noise. It cannot be heard from within the condo and conversation can easily be held on the patio with no difficulty at all. Our AC unit is brand new in 2024, we will look to see what we can do to make it quieter, but when you visit a tropical environment in the middle of the summer, the AC will be running a lot. I believe Joe is also upset because he booked the wrong dates and the dates he wanted to add later to his reservation were already booked, this was not my fault and despite the fact that I took my personal time to find him another condo to stay at in the same building, he was still unhappy and showed no appreciation for the extra time and effort I put in to help him find another place to stay at the last minute. Please consider viewing all our reviews for a fair judgement.

Good Host! Great Unit!

The condo was just as described. My husband and I spent a week there on a vacation getaway. The unit was perfect for 2 people. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, as well as the bathroom and closets. Provided amenities lasted a few days. Instacart or a short Uber ride can get you to multiple grocery stores and amenities. The restaurant next door was incredible. Highly recommend. Matt was very easy to communicate with. 10/10 as a host.I would say the only cons of the stay involved the pool and hot tub. On our first morning, we walked down to the pool to sit in the hot tub. I tried opening the lock on the pool while the resort's maintenance man was in the parking area. He was incredibly rude and confrontational with us regarding the passcode. Make sure you know that code before entering that area.A second instance occurred while using the hot tub after dusk. There are "peepers" who sit and creepily watch for anyone using the pool area after dusk. My husband and I went down after dinner to watch the sunset and relax, and sure enough, at 8:31, 4-5 men came down and demanded we get out. They said that we were not allowed in the water and needed to leave immediately. They creepily watched us exit and spent the next hour chain-smoking cigars in the doorway to the pool. Obviously, this is out of the host's control and should not hamper your stay. Beautiful vacation stay, but until the group of old men are gone, do not expect to use the pool area after dusk!
