House in great location

Walking distance to many great little restaurants, Walmart and 5 Uber into town. This may sound silly, but they had great towels :)

Poolhouse in perfect location

The house is in a comfortable, quiet, laid back area of San Jose with several grocery stores and restaurants walking distance. The beach and downtown area are close as well. The house has all essentials you need and Beatriz adds a personal touch to make sure you have a wonderful stay. There is lovely sunset view from the roof, had a relaxing time spent by the pool!

There’s nothing like a private pool in 95 degree weather!

The home is very comfortable with good AC and outdoor pool. An Uber to downtown is only $4 and they are quick and attentive, so you can go several times a day. There is a very nice neighborhood restaurant only a block away for breakfast lunch and dinner. Clean and tasty. There is also a convenience store two blocks away for small items. Walmart is close as well. This residence was a great choice and is pet friendly. The only downside was had the property manager not just happen to be there and let us in and gave us the keys, I don’t think I could have figured out the cryptic front door lock.

Beautiful Getaway

We enjoyed everything there. The pool, the rooftop patio, the security in the house and property, friendly neighbors helped us unlock the front door! I sent a message that you may want to add to your instructions for opening the door for those who are unfamiliar with a two stage touch screen lock. We did run out of hot water while showering each day, the system can’t quite heat quickly enough. One shirt shower was good, but a second turned cold. Overall we had a great time and loved the view from the roofs d the location.

This is a beautifully well appointed home with everything to make you comfortable. Three spacious bedrooms with lovely accompanying linens throughout. The listing needs updated photos. There’s more decor, more bedding, and more towels that aren’t shown. The third bedroom has been upgraded to have a single over single bunk bed as well as a third single bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the master, a king. There’s a full sized kitchen with natural gas stove/oven. A microwave, a newer fridge, and dishwasher. The laundry facilities are outside and there are lines for hanging your laundry. The rooftop patio is accessible by a metal spiral staircase. It accommodates all of our party including those who are heavier-set. It was a gem of an extra space to have as there’s usually a pleasingly cool breeze up top while you survey the panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez and the city. Having a locked driveway and parking space really made you feel secure about parking and knowing your vehicle was safe. Tho the neighbourhood is really quiet and safe. The pool was simply amazing to have to use whenever we felt like cooling off and the air conditioning was great as well. The only thing that could’ve made our stay more comfortable would’ve been a larger working coffee pot. There was a larger machine with the pot missing so we only had a tiny 3 cup pot for a week. (First world problems). Hit up the Art Walk on Thursday nights in the downtown & try the Hangman for tacos.

Christmas family trip

The start was a challenge, but ended up well. The instructions on entry could have been more comprehensive. The house had 5 keys to get into the gate, the house, open the lock on the car port and to get out of the back of the house. We would suggest rekeying the house to take this down to 1 or no more than 2 keys. The house was as described. It was well laid out and the observation deck on the roof was a bonus. A great place to relax and watch the sunrise or sunset. The kitchen was well equipped. The contact person, Beatris was great. She was very responsive and helpful. Being our first time to the area, we really didn't know what to expect for the area. The location of the house was great; very convenient to get to and out of. The house was located in San Jose del Cabo. After visiting Cabo San Lucas a couple of times, we are so glad we were in San Jose del Cabo. SJdC was cleaner, easier to get around and had a nice and quaint central plaza area. We'd come back to San Jose del Cabo. Overall, a very good experience.
