This house was so accommodating! There was nothing that we needed that wasn't there on the property. David was awesome to work with. We have zero complaints about our stay!

Lori has to be one of the nicest guests I’ve ever dealt with. We had a couple of issues and she was so gracious in how she responded to everything and so patient until we could resolve it. If everyone were like her, the world would be a much better place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mrytle’s Place! The house was very charming and cozy! The pool was super nice too! The exit that this house was located on had so much to offer! Endless coffee, food, and grocery options! Everything we needed was within 10-15 minutes of the house! David was super kind and very informative in our communications leading up to our stay and during our stay! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Absolutely love this place. This is the second year my family has stayed at this property. The owner communicates wonderfully and constantly checks up to make sure everything is in place. The kids enjoyed the pool every second they could. I can't wait to return next year.

Everything was great. The house was very homey. We had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The only downfall was the outside. So many weeds and overgrowth. We had to cut a path to the pool. Once again we loved the house and everything g it had to offer!!

The house was lovely. We had a blast . The pool was amazing as well. We loved the mixture of modern and older design in the house. Would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect place for our week away. Spent most the time lounging at the pool then a movie on the huge tv inside. David was great with communication. Found out right before we got there that the fridge was messing up. There was a smaller backup fridge waiting there for us to get by until the big one was fixed. Dog had a fenced in backyard, even separate from the pool so we could leave her out when we were inside. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location to beach, shopping and restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to fix meals. House and pool were clean and well maintained. David was great to work with.

Perfect description of the property. The kitchen is overstocked with the necessary items to complete our stay. This has been so comfortable that we hardly went anywhere because we had everything we needed here. From pool floating items to a well stocked coffee bar was all we needed. The complimentary coffee items are amazing. We are are actually going to order some of the same coffee for our home. The pool was so nice that we spent most of our time in the water. All we needed to bring is our food and clothes. The bathrooms are well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, tissue and more. Our favorite place we ever stayed. The televisions are huge and completely satisfied with the channel selection. We definitely will be back if he accepts us for another round. This was the best place to spend our anniversary. Thank you David for being an excellent host and allowing us to enjoy your home. ThanksRhonda

Great House for our Weekend Stay

Came down to spend family time with our son and this house didn’t disappoint. Great house, great amenities and amazing pool. I would recommend this house for any stay. Felt like home away from home.

Cutest house and great pool

We had so much fun! Everything was amazing. The pool was fabulous. The house was so nice and cosy. The host was super sweet. It’s not too far from the beach and other activities.

Due to the weather, we were unable to use the pool. It was exactly as advertised and the two issues (WiFi and not being able to enter property via code) was fixed very quickly and easily.

Perfect location

The house was the perfect location. Half way between my nephews wedding venue and the beach. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. I really wish we could've stayed more than 2 days.

Weekend get away

We wanted to have a weekend getaway with our 2 grandsons where we could just hangout ans swim. This was perfect for us. Private house with a big nice built in pool.
