SMOKING:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the entire property.

QUIET HOURS/NO PARTIES:
Please note that parties are not allowed and quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Our neighborhood is family-friendly, and we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and help maintain a peaceful environment.

PETS:
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs for an additional $50 cleaning fee per approved dog. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside and supervised at all times. Please pick up after your dogs, and they must be in a crate if left unattended. Pet bowls, dog towels, and blankets are available, and pets are not allowed on furniture without a pet blanket. Please do not bring pets without discussing it prior to your trip.

AGES:
All guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children traveling with their parents.

CAMERAS:
The property has 2 actively recording outdoor security cameras that are located on the front porch and over the converted garage. These cameras are angled to only view the outside and never inside the house.
Tampering with the cameras is strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate eviction.

WILDLIFE:
This cabin is in a wilderness area, and we ask you to practice bear safety by keeping doors locked, throwing trash in designated cans, not feeding or approaching bears, and not leaving any food outdoors, including on the grill or in your car.

ROAD:
The property is located on a private unpaved road, and the driveway is steep and unpaved. During heavy snow, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
All guests must sign a rental agreement before receiving the keycode access to the house.

SKI EQUIPMENT:
Please store ski equipment in the garage or outdoor shed, where there is ample room.

LONG STAYS:
For stays longer than 7 days, we include a mid-stay clean. Our cleaners will work around your schedule, and this service is included in the cleaning fee.
