Our charming 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families looking to enjoy Colorado. Being close to several different attractions like the Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the city of Denver, and more, our home is a central location for any Colorado adventure.

As you step into our home, the warm and inviting living room with a cozy sofa, modern décor, and a dining area will greet you. We've fully equipped the kitchen with all the modern amenities necessary to whip up delicious meals during your stay, including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Watch the kids play in the fenced backyard as you prepare dinner or wash the dishes after a delicious breakfast.

The three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. One of the highlights of this vacation rental is the spacious partially fenced yard, which provides the perfect spot for families to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Great and quiet property!

This was a great updated duplex in a quiet neighborhood, for our recent visit to the Denver area. Plenty of space for our family of four, very clean, and had everything we needed for our visit. We’d choose this property again, if doing another Denver trip.

Rocky Mountain Winner!

My wife and I took our 18 year old son (and brought along our 12 year old twin daughters) to look at Colorado Christian University. This house was perfect for my family! Lots of space and tastefully decorated while being very practical. The host was excellent with communication and I would love to stay again! I give this property my highest recommendation!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to be in Denver for unexpected longer-term stay. The host was very communicative and accommodating: extended our stay, allowed us an earlier check-in and later check-out, and also sent out a handyman and plumber in a timely manner after we reported a leak. The accommodations were comfortable and as reflected in the photos. The place was also very conveniently located between two grocery stores and near other places that made a longer day feel much less daunting. I have just two recommendations: 1) a tv upstairs and 2) an additional garbage can for collections. Thank you for the lovely stay.
