The second we opened our car door we knew this place was magical. Chef Graham who has the property is one incredible and talented man. If you're looking for beauty, peace and decompression then head their way...you won't go wrong.
Directions to place were excellent and we were greeted nucely and shiwn to our room.
We had the Black Mesa king bedroom which was simple, very southwest, clean and had a very nice patio.
Firewood would have been nice, but they said it was wet. We couldn't get the shower to work. These things could be forgiven since the rest of the stay was wonderful.
I grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I've been in the restaurant/hospitality industry for >30 years, with the great fortune of working all over the US and a few stops in Europe. While I have worked at some amazing places in the corporate world, my passion is providing a boutique experience for my guests. Between the Inn and the Restaurant, I have found my dream.
I fell in love with this area when I visited in 2021...so much so that I packed in my job to open NOSA Restaurant and Inn. The beauty of the area, combined with this gorgeous property, enables me to fulfill my passion of providing this hospitality to our guests.
It is hard to communicate just how peaceful and serene NOSA is. Nestled in a gated community just 4 miles north of the 84/285 split on the way to Ojo Caliente, we are almost equidistant between Santa Fe and Taos. Not only does the area have stunning beauty, NOSA is a stunning canvass where I can paint my hospitality. With only 4 rooms, I get to know each of my guests. And the restaurant enables me to create unique experiences each week with a new menu announced each Monday/Tuesday. I hope to share this all with you.
