Welcome to the Stephentown Hotel in the heart of the Berkshire & Taconic Mountains. Completely gut remodeled, the building reopened in 2023.

This is for Apartment # 3. Beautiful apartment in the Stephentown Hotel, located in the only Stephentown on Earth! The building has operated almost continuously since the 1860s! The Stephentown Hotel is well known locally. The building went through a 3 year gut renovation.

We are minutes away from Jiminy Peak Ski Resort, located in the world famous Berkshire & Taconic Mountains! Many fun activities nearby including Ramblewild Adventure Park, Tanglewood, New Lebanon Speedway, Cherry Plains State Park, Mount Greylock, Cinch Em Horse stables, multiple lakes, hiking trails and more!

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials and household items. The kitchen features a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and gas range. Private in-unit washer / dryer. Arcade on the first floor features three games: Big Buck Hunter, Golden Tee 3D golf and Marvel Comics table arcade!

Private entrance off the deck with multiple Adirondack chairs. The first floor features the 1st bedroom with a Queen bed (Bed # 1) and Smart TV, the first living room w/ 55 inch Smart TV, bathroom # 1 features a bathtub along with the kitchen.

Second floor - Bedroom # 2 & # 3. Both bedrooms have King beds and feature Smart TVs. The second living room with another 55 inch Smart TV and bathroom # 2 with a standup shower.

Two additional queens beds and bathroom with a standup shower.

Parking around the building with dedicated spots. We have two outdoor amenity spaces. They feature two fire pits, BBQs, Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, cornhole and misc backyard games. We include firewood and fire starters in every apartment. The two outdoor spaces are shared between the four apartments.

**All reservations from May 1st to November 1st include a S'mores goodie bag! Sticks, marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate! **

Every stay includes water bottles, granola bars, Hershey's mini chocolate bars, popcorn, oatmeal packets, coffee / tea, creamers and a fully stocked kitchen with all essential utensils. In addition, included with your stay is soap, shampoo and conditioner. Just in case you left at home - we also included an individually wrapped toothbrush and package of Colgate toothpaste!

We offer a travel pack n play (Graco® Pack 'n Play® On the Go™ Playard). It features a removable bassinet. If you need the pack n play, please send a request. We keep two on hand and brought out by request only. We have a set of sheets that are cleaned for your use. Additionally, we also have a travel boaster high chair.

**PLEASE NOTE - The interior stairwells are all original and grandfathered in; the stairwells are a little steep. PLEASE USE CAUTION going up and down the stairs.**

All bedrooms and living rooms feature Smart TVs with casting capability straight from your phone. We have Verizon Wi-Fi throughout the apartment with wifi extenders ensuring full coverage throughout the entire space! The apartment has a total of five bedrooms (x2 King bed and x3 Queen beds). In addition there are two large couches (x1 in each living room). There are 3 bathrooms, one per floor (1st FL features a bathtub. The other two are stand up showers). Total occupancy is 12 people. The arcade is located on the first floor near the entry / living room.

There are ductless ACs throughout the apartment for heat and AC. Each AC has its own remote. Additionally for heat, we have hot water baseboard radiators throughout.

Culligan water treatment filtered throughout the house for fresh tasting water.

There is a private porch right outside the apartment with multiple Adirondack chairs. Great way to enjoy the morning drinking coffee or any evening sipping your favorite beverage.

There is a private Washer Dryer on the first floor.

**NO SKI or SNOWBOARD BOOTS INSIDE THE APARTMENT PAST THE ENTRY**

Some history on the property! The building is the historic Stephentown Hotel, built in the 1860s as a railroad hotel to serve the increased traffic brought by the railroad until 1952. The Hotel is the last remaining of the four original railroad hotels in town. The Stephentown Hotel is a historical gem! Building was featured in "Taking Back Woodstock" film in 2009 directed by Ang Lee.

Pets: Pets must be given permission. We love pets and try to ensure you and your furry friends enjoy your trip! Any damage, unannounced or non-permitted pets will incur a $250 charge. With that in mind, we ask you to clean up as best as possible. If needed, there may be an additional cleaning fee per stay (requested after the stay if necessary). This would reflect additional cleaning if needed.

Infant and kid friendly house (not childproof). Pack n’ play available including fresh sheets! In addition, we also have a travel boaster high chair. Please ensure to request items needed during your reservation.

TV: The apartment comes equipped with (x7) smart TVs to Cast direct to!

Arcade, Books and Games: We have an arcade with three full sized arcade games. Additionally the apartment is equipped with Monopoly, Jenga, Connect4, a couple books including two kids books: The Hungry Caterpillar & One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.

The apartment is equipped with a blow dryer in each bathroom, Keurig machine for coffee, sweetener, creamer, tea bags, corkscrew / bottle opener, pizza cutter, toaster, cutlery, cutting board, ice trays, dishes, pots, pans, spices, laundry detergent and USB outlets throughout the space!

Noise - The building is an older building (built in the 1860s). Unfortunately if the other units are occupied, you may hear noise from the other apartments. We do provide (x3) white noise machines.

Check in is after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

Security Cameras: The building has security cameras at the main entrances around the building and a camera in the building's maintenance closet. There are NO video or recording devices in the unit. IF you see anything suspicious - PLEASE ALERT ME IMMEDIATELY. There is no access to the maintenance room, this is for cleaners only.

Parking - For any boat / trailer / snowmobile, etc. permission must be requested prior.

Smoking: There is no smoking inside the house.
