Cette charmante maison loin de la maison est un endroit merveilleux pour la famille, les amis et la romance. Seulement 2 minutes de Jiminy Peak et 30 minutes de Lenox !! Reserve maintenant!!! La maison convient confortablement à 2 familles avec enfants en bas âge - voir les avis

Avec plus de 2200 pieds carrés, cette nouvelle maison de campagne a beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde mais une sensation très confortable. Chacune des 3 grandes chambres a placards sans rendez-vous et de belles nouvelles funishings. La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size et meubles assortis avec un 32 HDTV Samsung LCD flambant neuf. Le maître salle de bains attenante a une énorme baignoire jacuzzi pour deux. Sortez sur le balcon de la salle de séjour pour une magnifique vue dégagée sur les montagnes. Profitez d'un film sur votre téléviseur HD 46 'Sony tout en profitant de la chaleur du poêle à bois. Le sous-sol fermé peut être utilisé comme une salle de jeux ou den ou comme une 4ème chambre fermée avec un canapé qui ouvre dans un lit queen size. Explorez les 16 acres de sentiers sur la propriété et la randonnée votre chemin vers le terrain de golf dans le dos. Si vous avez des enfants, il y a des balançoires et des toboggans sur la propriété pour leur plaisir. Il y a aussi un garage pour 2 voitures attaché de sorte que vous pouvez venir directement dans la maison chaude après une longue journée de ski.

Et ne pas oublier que seulement 2 miles sur la route est Jiminy Peak - offrant le ski et la planche à neige jour et nuit. Nous sommes situés à environ 25 minutes de Tanglewood. Ou conduire dix minutes sur la route du musée Clark à Williamstown et profiter de Monet et Renoir. Ou quinze minutes en bas de l'autre direction à la ville de Pittsfield pour certains restaurants merveilleux et Préservatifs- ainsi qu'un beau lac pour la baignade. Et ne pas oublier que nous sommes à seulement 2 heures et 45 minutes de New York.

Deborah was very accommodating when we had to change our dates due to a vacation sadly turning into losing my dad. She was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation and helped to make a very sad experience less stressful. Great house for a weekend in the Berkshires

I came with four friends to go cycling in the Massachusetts and Vermont, and we had a wonderful time. The house had plenty of space and was a great home base for us. We would definitely do it again.

We had a very good time! We travelled with 6 children and 4 adults. We were very comfortable with the sleeping arrangements. The house was very clean and well supplied!!! It was close to many fun things to do.... Jiminy Peak, Ioka Valley Farm, and Mt. Greylock.

Lovelly House, place and owner

The house and park are beautiful and comfortable. I received all clean and prepared for a nice week end. It´s location, close to lakes and Tanglewood allowed us to enjoy a lot our vacations. Girls weekend away

Debbie, just wanted to let you know that we loved your home. After doing a high ropes course and white water rafting trip, it was so great to end our days at your warm and inviting house. Everything was exactly as described in the ad. Loved the openess of the house and the seclusion of it. Very easy to find and the six of us will be sure to return next year. Thanks again!!

Great Getaway

My extended family of nine stayed here 3 nights for a ski trip and will be staying here again when we go skiing at Jiminy Peak. This is one of the most comfortable "home away from home" we have ever stayed in. While we had perfect winter weather for skiing, it was inviting to return to a warm house after being outside all day. We had fun playing the games that were at the house and watching TV on the big flat screen TV. It is in the perfect location for skiing at Jiminy Peak, minutes from the mountain, yet off the main road. The owner is easy to contact and pleasant to work with. We had a great experience from arrival to departure and look forward to going back.

Great spot to get away and relax

My wife, myself, two teenagers and dogs stayed here for 4 nights this August. It was a great getaway. If you want to do nothing you can do nothing. We were minutes from the base of Jiminy Peak and were able to get most of our easy shopping done at the country store at the mountain. The house is about ten minutes from a lake we rented a pontoon on and the rest of the time we sat on the deck and watched the kids and dogs run around and throw balls on the expansive property. We were able to cook all of our meals in the well equipped and stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again and from what we saw and felt, we can stay here in any of the 4 seasons. Great time and great needed recharge!

What an excellent vacation! We had never been to the Berkshires and when we decided to make the trip it was a really tough choice sifting through all the available options. In the end we went with Debbie's place based on the positive feedback left by previous guests. We have NO regrets! The house is situated on a hill off of a medium-sized road right by US-7 in Lanesboro, MA. Luckily the property is quite large so you cannot hear or see the road from the house. There is a nice large yard in front of the house with plenty of room to run around and play (it seems designed for a nice relaxed game of touch football). There is a large asphalt area to park. In front of the house is a nice little porch that we didn't really use but was quite comfortable. When you enter the house itself it is extremely clean. The downstairs is mostly garage and furnace room although there is a large den with a computer and couch. The wood stove smelled extremely nice but not being acquainted with it we opted not to use it. On the second floor there are three large bedrooms; the house could easily sleep 10-12 people between the beds and couches. The kitchen is quite large and easy to use with all the appliances and utensils one would need. There is a lovely balcony right off the living room where we would sit on the cool evenings and watch the stars. In the back there is a fire pit (which we didn't use) and a large yard with hills (which can tire one out to walk/run!). Really the only thing that was lacking was a nice path to walk the whole property, as it is quite beautiful yet uncharted beyond the backyard. The house is in a great location. It is 10-15 minutes from Williamstown, not too far from Pittsfield, and 10 minutes from Mount Greylock. Being more interesting in hiking we didn't stop by Jiminy Peak but it was right down the road (about 2-3 minute drive). Overall we had a fantastic vacation. Being South Floridians we are seriously weighing the idea of returning in the fall/winter if Debbie will have us to get some elusive snow in our lives. A wonderful trip!

Family friendly & great location

We highly recommend this house. The accommodations and the many amenities helped make our family’s stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is centrally located between Pittsfield, MA and Williamstown, MA. This made it convenient for our family to attend our daughter’s commencement activities at Williams College, plus expanded our choices in shopping & restaurants. Also, the host was very responsive to our questions prior to our arrival. Thanks for your hospitality Debbie :-) The ONLY recommendation for improvement would be to better post the address sign on the driveway’s entrance to the property. The sign was propped up on the ground which makes it difficult to see, especially at night.

Winter wonderland

The house was well-equipped -- we all especially loved the flannel sheets and warm comforters on the beds. Owner made sure the steep driveway was plowed when we got several inches of snow. I wouldn't recommend visiting in winter unless you have all-wheel drive (one member of our party couldn't get up the hill).

We booked at last minute and didn't have a chance to read the full agreement apparently we're expected to keep the place spotless and to do the laundry when we leave given the extremely high price and the large service fee and cleaning fee I thought that was completely ridiculous and the owner's email to me was very rude. It's also really hard to find the place and GPS brings you to a different location so if you plan to go to this house don't do it at night. That being said it is a wonderful property and an amazing location but be prepared to clean. I did mistakenly take the clicker with me so I understand the owner was annoyed with me but her tone was rude rude and I didn't like it. We all make mistakes and I didn't deserve to talk to that way.

Nice relaxing stay

We were looking for a nice quiet getaway so this trip really hit the spot. It was a nice cozy property with lots of land, a couple nice porches to relax on (when the weather cooperated) and amenities to be comfortable. The closest thing is Jiminy resort which had a nice country store but it is more like 15 minutes away from shops/restaurants in Williamstown or Pittsfield.

Wow! Lovely home

The photos don’t do this home justice. While I was put off a bit by the lack of wall art the furnishings and wall coloring made up for it Deborah was quite responsive with questions. Things I loved. 1. Garage and the remote. We took the opener with us and that was how we entered all the time. It is a 2 car garage so plenty of room for our car 2. Downstairs area to leave coats and shoes 3. Space space space - often rental lack space for groceries and so on but there was plenty. 4. Helpful kitchen essentials like oil a s spices 5. Huge doors to lookout right ans left from the dining room table 6. Locations to fun things ans surrounded by trees 7. We did a 1/2 mile hike on their property 8. Enjoyed using the jacuzzi tub 9. Plenty of dishes and so loved having my tea in a proper cup ans saucer 10 even had some k-cups!! 11. Super comfy bed 12 great for family’s. So spacious. 13. Comfy couch 14. Lots of helpful signs to remind and direct. I appreciate that. Really worth the stay although for summer usage I only do dental AC. Window units wouldn’t work for me. Renter info. 1. The door that opens near the stove may hit the glass door. I worried it might break the glass but I didn’t. 2. I had trouble opening the blinds all the way in the front room and didn’t want to break it so left it closed. One blind fell and I was worried it was my fault. I won’t buy these types of blinds. 3. Not fond of putting sheets in wash. I don’t even do this in my home. I would so rather pay and not bother. Many rentals do this. Sigh. 4. My husband who never read the reviews and is not a complainer sat at the dining room table and said the table was high. I noticed the leather chairs and used those and sat up higher It is a super nice table though!! 5. They need something to allow the sliding doors in the dining room to open. 6. Kitchen stove is gas but uses electric to ignite and is unplugged. I had initial issue with lighting stove then plugged it in and still was slow to light. Mini panics. I was fine. 7. The bake on the oven must be pushed just so to turn on. 8. I didn’t have the right thumb strength to return the lock box but my husband was fine 9. Tv is quite far from the loveseat. But it is a big tv

Cozy home - PERFECT location!

Debbie’s home was wonderful. We took our kids skiing for the first time at Jiminy Peak which was 3 minutes down the road. After our day of skiing, we returned back to Debbie’s home for cocoa and movies. Her home is clean, comfortable, and cozy. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Amazing Location & Great Spot!

We loved our stay here. The location is PERFECT for a Jimminy Peak skiing, a great family mountain. The house had clearly been cleaned and sanitized well prior to our arrival, and had all kitchen supplies needed for us to cook meals (we have two littles so we cook a lot). The property is really nice and private, and I imagine quite beautiful in the summer months as it is in the winter. The beds were comfortable and great after a long day of skiing! Host was really communicative and helpful. We will definitely be back for skiing and would love to check out this spot in the summer, too! Highly recommend this property.

I couldn't believe the size compared to all the other houses I had seen. And the views were amazing...! It's only a short distance from Jiminy Peak, where my daughter takes ski lessons from locals who grew up in the mountains and a short distance from all the culture and activities...Come enjoy my home!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The house is very large and comfortable- as indicated by prior renters. We are so close to everything in the Berkshires- Tanglewood, Shakespeare & Company, Jiminy Peak, Williamstown museums, Mount Greylock for hiking, Lakes for boating and fishing....A great place to come and relax and enjoy everything that the Berkshires has to offer.
