Everyone will gather on the second floor to share stories of their beach adventures. There’s ample seating in the cozy living area, complete with a flat-screen TV. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use. The kitchen is designed so that no one will miss out on any of the conversations, and the dining area includes a formal seating area along with breakfast bar space. The balcony also provides a beautiful area for alfresco dining just off the living room. The kitchen is well appointed with all the comforts of home and is large enough for several to engage in meal prep. Plus, the pool area has a grill, so cook-outs are a definite possibility. A beverage bar is located on the staircase landing. And the carefully designed placement of windows brings in lots of natural light and provides breath-taking views in all directions. Several private balconies enable guests visions of exquisite sunrises and colorfully emblazoned sunsets to enjoy.

The third floor offers equally stunning views from the balcony of the deluxe primary suite. There’s a comfortable seating area, king-sized bed, large flat-screen TV, and ensuite bath. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use. The bathroom has dual sinks, a Jacuzzi soaking tub, and a lovely glassed walk-in shower. Another guest bedroom is on this level with an en suite bath. A convenient desk area is provided on the staircase landing.

The Destiny by the Sea gated community also offers a community pool, hot tub, and lounging area for large groups. And visitors are not far from local restaurants, shopping at Destin Commons, and other fun, family-oriented adventures. Two private beach accesses will lead you to the pristine sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. About the Community:

Located along Scenic Highway 98 on the Emerald Coast in Destin, Florida, this premier, Gulf-front, gated community has 24-hour security as well as a pristine, private beach. This private community association has contracted with Sun, Sand and Sea for beach service rentals, which includes beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Personal tents, umbrellas, baby tents, tarps, and canopy setups are not allowed per the association rules. Outside golf cart rentals are not allowed per the association rules. Enjoy the lavish community pool and hot tub. The bathhouse includes changing rooms and showers.

This area of Northwest Florida is proud and protective of the natural environment. Guests are asked to use the beach walk-overs in order to protect the sand dunes. Also, please do not disturb the nests of sea turtles, which are quite prolific in the area. For your safety, be sure to be aware of the Flag Warning System, which is also accessible by text.
