Bienvenue à l'endroit parfait pour l'année amuser en famille! Une variété de sports et d'activités récréatives pour les adultes et les enfants se trouvent à proximité.

Cette spacieuse maison est décorée avec goût avec des meubles et des accents de design plaisant. Toute la literie et de bain sont fournis et inclus dans le prix de location.

La cuisine, salle à manger et grande salle sont une conception ouverte, l'ouverture à travers les belles portes en verre sur la grande terrasse extérieure entourée de magnifiques pins.

La grande cuisine est entièrement équipée pour la préparation des repas facile et divertissant. La grande table à manger peut accueillir 6 et est parfait pour rassembler tout le monde autour des jeux de société après le dîner.

La grande salle est "divertissement central" avec de nombreux sièges confortables pour profiter du grand écran plat avec Direct TV, Blu-Ray et DVD.

Au printemps, été et automne, vous allez adorer assis sur la grande terrasse, en profitant de la merveilleuse odeur des pins tout en profitant d'un bon livre et un verre de vin. En hiver, il est une vue spectaculaire sur les arbres couverts de neige à travers les grandes fenêtres.

Toutes les chambres sont situées au deuxième étage. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec de nouveaux draps de luxe, d'une télévision à écran plat, dressing et d'une vue sur la forêt. Le maître salle de bains privative récemment rénové dispose d'une douche en ardoise de plain-pied.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et une vue magnifique sur la forêt. La troisième chambre a des lits superposés, walk-in et une combinaison TV / magnétoscope.

Il y a un garage 2 voitures avec chambre pour 2 petites voitures ou 1 grande voiture ou SUV. Le garage a couvert l'accès dans la maison et place pour garer 2 véhicules supplémentaires sur le patin extérieur asphalté.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The host was very responsive which allowed us to extend our stay very easily. The pictures do not do this home justice. It has everything you would need!! It is the perfect layout to enjoy a family vacation playing games around the long table while enjoying the scenery. We were lucky enough to get fresh fallen snow, which was absolutely beautiful. The garage is a great addition as well, we were able to unload and go directly in the home without climbing any stairs. We are looking forward to going back. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home

Lovely home. Air conditioning!!! No place to put your dry goods. Furniture is too big. You have to get a running start to jump onto beds.But, everything else is lovely. Comfy beds. Beautiful views. A garage !

Thank you for choosing our home for your mountain vacation. I appreciate that you mentioned the many positive things about our home, namely the air conditioning (which few mountain homes have), internet and views. I do wish that you had asked for help removing the box spring on the bed if it was too high. I realize that many beds these days have a single foam mattress and no box spring which adds a few inches of height. I would have gladly responded to your request versus reading about it in a review.

Snow trip with the family

This cabin was a perfect fit for our 3 generations of our family to enjoy a trip to the snow. The home is outfitted with everything you might need from a fully equipped kitchen to a children's room with duplo, books, and a rocking sheep 😀 our 2 & 4 year old loved it! The location is great as well! There was plenty of snow right outside the cabin and it is very close to both dodge ridge and Leland's if you want a large hill for skiing or tubing.

Awesome cabin nestled in a wonderful community

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was furnished beautifully and had everything that we needed to have a wonderful stay. We had snow and loved having the kids be able to step right outside to make a snowman or play in the snow while we relaxed inside. The kitchen was awesome for me since I love to cook. It was spacious and had a beautiful view. We had a lovely time and would love to come back and visit again!

Beautiful, well-tended cabin in the woods

We recently spent 6 days at this really cozy property while we played in the snow up at Dodge Ridge. The kitchen was really well appointed, the bedrooms were comfy and everything was clean and well taken care of.The kids had a lot of fun hanging out in the living room near the decorative fireplace playing board games and reading. The streets were quiet and great for walks. It is about 20 minutes from Dodge Ridge, and much less to the lake. The host was very responsive throughout!

Beautiful and cozy

Great place overall. Beautiful location and deck is surrender with pines. The house has a full equip kitchen. We did a lot of cooking and did not miss a single thing from home. The only downside is that there are no blackout window blinds and they can do better with cleaning the blinds and having a stronger internet.

I did wish to note that we do not advertise internet as an amenity of our home. The reason for this is that until the new cell tower that is currently under construction in the area is complete, the internet connection in the entire Pinecrest area is poor. For the convenience of our guests, we do have a MiFi connection which gets signal from the nearest Verizon tower. However, this is not going to provide the same level of service that one could expect at home. The major amenity that makes us stand out from our competitors is central air-conditioning, which is very unusual for homes in our area.

Best Cabin Ever

We have rented a dozen cabins in the Pinecrest area over the years. While some cabins may have had better locations, this cabin was the cleanest, most luxurious, most comfortable, and best equipped. I subtracted a star because the weather was hotter than normal and the upstairs was uncomfortably hot at night. If you come during the heat of summer, bring air mattresses -- sleeping outside on the beautiful deck would have been spectacular!

I am so pleased that our guest said our mountain home was the "best cabin ever." We are proud of our home and work hard to maintain it. I am disappointed that we were downgraded due to discomfort caused by the weather. It is not unusual for mountain homes in our area to lack air conditioning, because it is generally unnecessary. Unfortunately, when the temperatures approach 90 degrees, which was the case during this guest's stay, it does sometimes get hot and stay hot at night. My husband and I have actually ordered a central air conditioning unit which will be in place in the Fall. This should alleviate this issue in the future.

The property was very nice, had nice amentities and decorated beautifully. My reason for the 4 is unfortunately and at no fault of the owner, they were doing construction at the cabin below starting at 8 am every morning, so it was not restful. Also, all bedrooms are upstairs with only the master bath, so people staying in the other rooms need to go downstairs for their bathroom. The mirror in the downstairs bathroom was too short, so standing at the sink, you could not see yourself which was kind of weird. Also, the beds were very high off the ground and hard to get in to. They had wifi and air conditioning which was very nice.

Stay Number 3

This is our third year staying in this cozy home. The check-in process is easy, communication with owner is quick & clear, it’s clean, and all the necessities for cooking & bbq’ing. The beds are comfortable and all the decor & added amenities make you feel comfortable, cozy and safe. The deck is inviting to have your morning coffee, the street is great for an evening walk & it’s fun to rate cabins on our walks too. 😊 The lake is about 8 min away. The home is perfect for our family of four. We have made lasting memories with game nights, movies and long walks at this home the past three years. We are already thinking of year four.

Our family getaway

The property was very nicely laid out kid friendly with the armoire full of kids toys and games and the playroom upstairs. Nice to sit out on the deck and let the kids play knowing there all exits were secured with Gates. My only complaint was the morning we were leaving we were without power for almost 4 hours which meant no coffee to start our day and breakfast was pretty Slim Pickens for the kids, cold sausage and eggs from the previous day. It would have been nice to receive some sort of compensation but when I shared this "hiccup" nothing was mentioned or offered up.

Allyson and her guests took very good care of our home. The issue with the electricity involved PG&E and was a regional outlet not isolated to our home. Frankly, if Allyson had felt she was due compensation due to PG&E’s power outage, which resulted in her inability to prepare breakfast, I wish she had asked me directly prior to writing about it in a review. I have a much greater opportunity to react on the front side of an issue than after it.

My husband Jay and I purchased our home in the Peter Pam development when my son James was 2 years old. We bought it from the original owners who lived in Southern California, so the home was rarely used and everything was "like new". We have enjoyed snowy family Christmas' here as well as summers playing at nearby Pinecrest Lake. Being from nearby Oakdale, my husband has fond memories of Pinecrest, when as a child he spent summers here camping with his family.
I have enjoyed decorating our mountain home, mixing vintage pieces, including many old postcards and pictures of Pinecrest from years past with new comfortable furnishings. I think you will find our home to be a relaxing place with all the modern conveniences.
Now that our son is older he prefers to spend weekends at home playing with friends, so we are making our home available to you. We trust that you will enjoy it as much as we have and create many special memories of your own.
