Newly renovated to the highest modern standards, this beautiful and glamorous 19th-century apartment is situated in one of the best locations in the historical city centre, away from noise and tourist crowds yet just a 3-minute walk from the Old Town square, famous Jewish Quarter, and prestigious Pařížská street. The apartment is very quiet, bright, and spacious with 3.5-meter-high ceilings.

The apartment consists of:

Large living room with fireplace, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen.

Powder room with separate toilet, sink, and washing machine.

Bedroom with comfortable king-size bed with satin bedsheets and air conditioning.

Private wellness zone with infrared sauna, free standing bathtub, rain shower, and floor heating.

First-class materials have been used and significant attention has been put on detail when renovating the apartment. It features original historical style doors and windows, oak flooring, crystal chandeliers and luxury tiles.

The apartment comes completely furnished with all amenities for both short or long term stay: fast Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, Nespresso coffee machine, all toiletries, soap, towels, make up remover, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine with detergent and softener supply, exercise mat, electric plug converter, phone charger, board games, books, first-aid kit, dishwasher tablets and also free supply of Nespresso coffee capsules, sugar, milk, tea and snacks.

The kitchen is fully equipped with common appliances - fridge with freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and glassware, pots, and pans.

The apartment is ideal for couples who want to spend some romantic time together or simply chill out in Prague. However, it can also easily accommodate up to four people. The living room can be converted into a second bedroom with a sleeper sofa with comfortable mattress.

You will be surrounded by major historical monuments and the city’s best shops, brand boutiques, and restaurants, cafés, and bars. Everything is reachable on foot. There are two shopping malls and three metro stations within short walking distance. A small supermarket with basic food and drugstore items is just next door and it´s open every day from 7 AM to 11 PM. The building opposite boasts a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and includes take-away option.

All guests are welcomed personally upon arrival. Prior to your arrival you will be sent a detailed electronic guidebook with all information related to the apartment, arrival procedure, amenities, restaurants, shopping, and many others.
