Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole house, laundry, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, TVs, patio table, beach chairs and BBQ. Free parking for 1-4 cars, washer and dryer. For check-in we are happy to be flexible as long as the schedule allows. We offer a key less entrance and will provide you with the code to enter the house upon check-in.

Our neighborhood is known for its convenience, placing you just a short drive from the excitement of the Hard Rock Casino and the events at Hard Rock Stadium. If you crave the sand and surf, you can reach the popular Hollywood Beach, Dania Beach, and Hallandale Beach in no time. The area is highly practical for travelers, featuring nearby grocery stores and a variety of dining options to suit any palate. With Fort Lauderdale Airport only nine miles away and easy access to ride-sharing services, navigating the region is simple and efficient. This is an ideal spot for guests who want to be near the coast while maintaining easy access to the city and major regional attractions.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple and convenient during your stay at our villa. We offer ample parking with a private driveway that accommodates up to four vehicles, making it easy for guests arriving by car. For those who prefer not to drive, ride sharing services like Uber are readily available in the area, typically arriving within five minutes to take you to your destination. The property is well positioned for travel, located approximately nine miles from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and twenty two miles from Miami International Airport. Local attractions, including the Hard Rock Casino and various beaches, are just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

When you arrive make sure to let us know that you are inside the house, and everything is great.

*Please do not bring more people to the house than stated in the reservation.



Please only park in dedicated 4 parking spaces.



For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:



-Dear guest, please make sure you are responsible for all parcels you ordering before during and after your stay (in case any shipping delay), host doesn't able store or sending it overstate



- Bedding and towels

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent.



Please be considerate of the neighbors and bring all the gatherings inside the house after 9 pm.



If any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call us. You may be asked to vacate a property If the police are called for breaking the rules.



Once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves.



* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours.



If you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please place the garbage container outside as provided on the "garbage table" placed inside the house.



We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 for 12 PM or $130 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.



Interaction with Guests:
