Beachfront Studio Fantastic Gulf Views!
This lovingly-cared-for petite beachfront corner studio condo between Stewart Beach and East Beach has a large balcony and expansive gulf views. Intimate boutique hotel experience for two or solo getaways. Great WiFi makes for an inspiring work space.
No street to cross to get to the beach, yet the condo is close to downtown Galveston and the Seawall. Enjoy the gorgeous sunrises and moon gazing, track cruise ship comings-and-goings, check out the activity on the beach, float in the heated pool, or relax and watch the waves roll in!
The corner studio- our "Nest on the Edgeâ of East Beach, Galveston, is on the 6th floor of a mid-rise condo building. Parking is gated and accessed by code.
Check in with staff from the gate to the parking area. Park at any white-curb parking spot. Register with the front desk, then take the elevator up to your room, where you let yourself in with keypad entry.
Kitchen, dining, living, and sleeping are in one space open to the view. The full bath has a shower/tub combo, and, as of 2024, brand new floors, vanity, lighted mirror, and tile accent wall. A queen Murphy bed with Tuft & Needle mattress is the primary bed- it folds up to allow more space as you move about.
Unique for corner units is the extra window, which provides more light and views and allows the AC to vent hot air off the side of the building and not on you as you sit on your balcony!
** PLEASE USE CAUTION ** when both balcony door and condo entry door are open, the wind can cause entry door to slam forcefully shut! Only open condo door when balcony door is closed.
There is password-protected wifi and a 51â smart TV.
Outside the lobby are a year-round heated pool and an elevated walkway over the protected dunes to the beach. On your return to the building, there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. (Please!)
Tennis and pickleball courts and a basketball hoop are available for your use at the front of the property. Bocce, cornhole and horseshoes are set up on the patio and back lawn.
The East Beach area of Galveston has no busy street to cross to get to the sand and waves! You can walk or run for miles, add sea birds to your list, and float in the gulf. The public may not drive on the section of the beach where the condo is located.
There is gated parking, accessed by a code.
** The condo is located inside a gated community. The front desk is staffed 24/7.
**When you book, you agree to sign our rental agreement through OwnerRez, and to provide information about your group that is required by our HOA and condo front desk. This information includes names of guests, contact information, car description and license plate number, and emergency contact information. This information is required within three days of booking. Confirming your booking is your acknowledgment of this requirement.
** Renters are not permitted to bring pets or emotional support animals.
Please note that this building is home -or a second home- to a community who love it very much! While this is a condo hotel, not all owners rent out their units. We ask that you respect the rules and our property, and please be kind to the front desk staff and everyone you encounter here.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This studio condo is situated on the east end of the sixth floor. It offers panoramic views of the beach and Bolivar Roads, where ships pass to enter the Houston Ship Channel and head out to sea. Especially fun is watching cruise ships come and go!
