Great beach location, very clean and comfortable, love that each bedroom has its own bathroom! Hottub was perfect. Very secure and safe community.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was big enough to accommodate all of us the view was beautiful and beach accessible we enjoyed the amenities and the community is gated so we felt comfortable letting the kids be out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and even extended a day! 100% would recommend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The view of the beach and ocean was second to none! The location was outstanding, with beach access just a few steps from the back deck, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean. The home was clean, comfortable, and furnished like most typical beach rentals. We experienced a minor issue with a smoke detector's low-battery alert during our stay, but the service team responded promptly and resolved it right away. While they were there, they also replaced the air filters and cleaned the gas grill—services we hadn't even requested but greatly appreciated. Their attention to detail and proactive approach made a great impression. We would definitely return for another stay!

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location for families. The private beach and easy access were wonderful. Plus, the floor plan provides privacy and space for guests on each level. The furniture and linens are nice. We appreciated the extra locks on the doors to safeguard children. However, the home needs some repairs and updates. The sliding doors are very difficult to open to the balconies and patio, the shutters in the living room sag and can't be closed, and there are loose floor tiles in the kitchen. The property manager was very responsive to calls... but it took two and a half days for the repairman to arrive and repair the dishwasher. Again, it's a lovely home with a beautiful beach and community pool just a short walk away. Just needs a little TLC.

Hot tub had not been cleaned when we arrived. After it was reported, lady came and cleaned it the next day. Granddaughters enjoyed hot tub. Beautiful ocean view.
