This designer four-story home is seated on one of the best lots on Holiday Isle! You'll love the professionally decorated interior, with boasts vaulted wood ceilings, hardwood floors, and beautiful Gulf views from the second-floor living room and bright open kitchen that even the best chefs dream of cooking in. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a french door refrigerator, custom cabinets, counter seating, and a dining table for ten allows for the perfect home-cooked meal after a long day of adventure. In the center closet in the garage, you will find an additional refrigerator and freezer for any large grocery hauls you and your guests make. An outdoor shower, six beach chairs, and a fun game of cornhole are also located in this center closet. This home can sleep up to 14 guests with five cozy bedrooms, including rooms with en suite baths, private balconies, and spectacular views. On the main floor, you will find three bedrooms with king-size beds. You will find the other two bedrooms on the home's third floor, one with a King bed and a twin with a twin trundle bed. The final bedroom will have two queen-size beds and a twin trundle bed. This stunning abode is wheelchair accessible with an in-home elevator that can take you to every floor except the 3rd floor. Just steps from the private beach access and resort-style pools, there is no better feeling than hearing and seeing the ocean while relaxing in the comfort of your private balcony.

This property has a beautiful view of the Destin Sunsets & you can never get enough of the easy beach access. Loved the location & very quiet area for relaxing.😎

Pros & Cons

Pros: location, decor, easy to communicate with property management company, plenty to do, well stocked kitchen (except for pots/pans), great views and beach access. Cons: Unit could’ve been cleaned better. One room had clearly not been vacuumed or swept at all. It seemed as if the rugs had never been vacuumed as we would get other people’s hair stuck to us from the rugs. There were fresh stains on some of the indoor and outdoor furniture that I had to clean off before sitting. If you plan to cook or grill at all, this may not be a good place to stay. Even using the fan/vent, the smoke alarms went off every single time we cooked or used the outside grill (which also hadn’t been cleaned in ages). The smoke alarm is directly in the kitchen and right near the door that accesses the grill. It went off so often that the batteries died in one of the smoke detectors and it beeped all night, not once, but twice, in two different smoke detectors. As a result, there were two nights where nobody got any sleep at all, which was very frustrating. One night we were able to turn off the chirping because we could reach the smoke detector, but the next night we couldn’t reach it in a vaulted ceiling. The property management team did change the batteries on one, but not all, so it just continued. Overall, it’s a beautiful home and location but I would only recommend if you don’t plan to cook/grill much.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house for three families (3 couples, 4 boys, and 3 girls). The accommodations worked out perfectly with three master bedrooms on the first floor, and kids rooms upstairs. The views are unbeatable. In some of the pictures they look photoshopped, they are not, it is amazing. The décor was trendy, clean, with a beach vibe. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with pots/pans/dishes. We were easily able to make our meals at home work with what was provided. The grill was clean and well maintained. The kids loved the 4 bikes that were provided. The pool was easily walkable, as was the beach. We loved having access to the jetty waterway as well as the ocean. On the days that the water was rough, our kids were still able to enjoy the jetty beach. While I know that not everyone chooses to workout on vacation, I want to mention that the neighborhood fitness center is very small, and is only open 9am-5pm. There are lots of areas to walk/run which was nice since the workout room opened later. The property was clean, and well-maintained. The owner was very responsive when I reached out with a question. I would definitely recommend this property to other families for location. It has the feel of seclusion while being close to all of the tourist attractions and restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently went to Destin, FL for a Spring Break trip. While I went with 10+ plus girls, this house was the perfect size for us all to have enough space for our items. The location was perfect and allowed us to enjoy the beach without the normally crowded areas during this time of the year. In addition, we went to the grocery store often and it was less than 2 miles down the road. The owners of this house made our process so smooth and made sure we had all we needed to have a great time! I highly recommend staying here!

Great property!

This was the perfect retreat for our daughters cheer competition. Check in was super smooth and check out was just as easy. The owners were very open with their communication and we have nothing negative to say!
