Waterfront A-frame Chalet with private beach overlooking Narragansett Bay. Get ready to enjoy a memorable getaway watching sailing regattas on the bay and experiencing the most beautiful sunsets every evening. This bright, sunny home features an incredibly warm atmosphere and an open layout with stunning waterfront views of the bay. The living/dining area, right by the windows and large sliding glass doors, features a variety of comfortable furniture including a large sectional seating area and flatscreen Smart TV. Six will fit around the dining table overlooking the beautiful view.
The kitchen offers full amenities with extras like a blender/mixer, coffeemaker, French press and a dishwasher to make cooking a delight. You may prefer to dine on the wrap around deck where you can again enjoy a magnificent waterfront view with additional seating for 6 along with a large outdoor seating area, propane gas grill and fire pit.
Three bedrooms and two full baths make this home comfortable for up to six guests. Each bedroom is fitted with cozy, comfortable, bedding and seaside decor. The basement walk-out has a separate living area where one bedroom and bathroom are also located. This home is perfect for a group of friends as well as separate or blended families to vacation together while affording some privacy. All three bedrooms have window a/c units, and there is a ductless mini split in the living/dining area to cool the first level.
There's a washer/dryer in the home for any laundry that needs freshening up. Jamestown is situated almost entirely on Conanicut Island, the second largest island in Narragansett Bay. It also includes the uninhabited Dutch Island and Gould Island. Jamestown and the surrounding area offer an array of seaside boutiques and delicious eateries. Places to visit include Beavertail Lighthouse and Museum, Fort Getty with a beautiful rocky beach, Fort Wetherhill Park with granite walls and cannons, Jamestown East Ferry and Sunset Beaches, New England Watson Farm and the Jamestown Windmill. Your next beach trip will be as fun-filled or relaxing as you wish with this lovely home.
Non shedding dogs under 30 pounds will be considered on a case by case basis with an additional pet fee.

This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
