Entry main level hosts a well-appointed kitchen with cabinetry, quartz counters, and stainless appliances and cookware. Tastefully furnished great room and dining area with gas fireplace overlooks lake. Half bath, fully furnished deck, and 2 car driveway parking complete the entry level.

2nd Level (below entry)
The 2nd level hosts the lakeview master suite with its own lakeview balcony, 2 standard bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Richly appointed bedrooms feature quality furnishings, pillow-top mattresses, luxury bedding, ample closet space, and hi-def tv in the Master suite host king bed. Standard bedrooms host queen beds.

3rd Level (below 2nd)
The 3rd level consists of the Game/bonus room/ bedroom that features dual bunk beds and entertainment areas and a work study nook. Fully appointed bathroom. It also hosts a fully furnished deck.

Bathrooms are well stocked with plush towels and spa quality toiletries. washer & dryer, Central heat and A/C, Gas Fireplaces on 2 levels.


Guest access for Lake for hiking the trails:

As private members of Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA), our guests need to register at (ALA) membership office, purchase wristbands in order to obtain access for hiking along the lake trails. Hiking, fishing and swimming from trails only. No beach club access (only for homeowners), No dock access (private property). There are also no boat or kayak rentals in Lake Arrowhead as it’s a private lake.
To Receive Wristbands to access Lake Trails:
1. Email me the Names & Email for EACH guest 18 years of age or older. Names only if under 18 ages. This way I can add everyone to the list at the Lake Arrowhead Association (ALA) office. This is an ALA requirement. Max 8 persons including infants.
2. Pick up our “Lake Pass” at the cabin - drawer by the coffee station.
3. Go to ALA Office. Show Lake Pass, ID, & read & sign the ALA rules.
• Wristbands Fees, per guests: 1-day-$10. 3-day $30. 7-day $70 - per guest.
• Children under 18 receive free wristbands.

We often travel with ours and appreciate the convenience versus the challenges and high cost of professional pet care. Flat fees $180, (2) dog limit. As a comparable, some resorts charge $180 a night, per pet.
