The space
This historic home was built in 1887 and carefully renovated with a more modern interior while retaining its historic charm. The front windows have a lovely view of Broadway St, and the living room has ample seating, a 4k smart TV, and a sleeper futon that sleeps one. The queen sized bed can accommodate a couple with room to spare. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and granite counter tops. The location is right on Broadway, and is a short drive from the beach, The Strand, and and any other attractions you may want to see. Parking is available in the back of the property, accessible by the alley. Limit one vehicle per booking please.

Guests access the suite through electronic lock on front door and apartment door. Key codes are changed after every stay, so only you will have access to the apartment, very safe and secure.
