Welcome to our beautiful 3BR, 2BA condo – your perfect beach oasis! All rooms located on the ground level with just a few steps to get into the unit. Our property is perfect for guests with mobility needs. Additionally, we are only steps away from a jitney shuttle that continuously loops from 55th street all the way to north street.

Our Southend unit is spacious, featuring an open floor plan, modern kitchen, and beautiful hardwood floors. The property includes a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 queen bedroom, 1 king master suite, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the main living room. Enjoy the covered porch, outside shower, and driveway parking spot, and take advantage of our close proximity to the beach, which is only 3 blocks away, and the 52nd street playground, which is only 1 block away.

To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning/linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance, as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned after 7 business days of your checkout).

To reserve your week, simply provide us with the following information so we can email you the short-term rental agreement: the name(s) you want on the rental agreement, a copy of an individual's driver's license, home address, home and cell phone number, and a list of all occupants and their ages who will be staying at the beach house.

Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free and pet-free, and absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals are allowed. However, we would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new home, which includes full linen service, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath towels, as well as 6 beach tags!

Fantastic Spot by the Shore!

We celebrated my wife's birthday here, and it was perfect. It's a beautiful space and very close to the beach. Perfect for any season to go and relax. We loved every second at this property and can't wait to stay here again. The check-in/check-out processes were seamless as well. It was wonderful!

Perfect ocean city retreat

We had a wonderful time staying in Ocean City! This was my first experience staying on the south end of the island and it was the perfect quiet location. The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a perfect mini vacation. The owners were super communicative about a slight issue that happened prior to our stay and had it fixed immediately without any disruption to our vacation. There was plenty of room for our multiple pack n plays and everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. We will definitely be back!

I very much appreciated the amenities that were provided: sheets, towels, beach tags, fully functional kitchen, laundry space. The house was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

The perfect getaway at this adorable beach house!

We stayed at this property and had the absolute best week! The house was perfect! We arrived and it was so clean and ready for us. The house provided everything we needed and it was super close to the beach! There was ample sleeping space and everyone was comfortable all week. I highly recommend this property!
