You'll also be located within a couple of miles of several restaurants and shops. 18 holes of mini-golf and an ice cream parlor await at Okaloosa National, just a mile-and-a-half east, or you can catch a dolphin show at the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, two miles away. Visit Miracle Strip Parkway where you can rent a private pontoon from Destiny Water Adventures to get over to Crab Island for a beach picnic or a day of swimming.

Perfect View!!

Everything about this condo we LOVED!! Perfect spot, just steps away from the beach. My niece and her family were right down the hall which made hauling the kiddos to the beach extra easy 👍🏼 Thank you for opening your condo to my family and I. Memories made for a lifetime.

Accessibility

Upon arriving to this unit for a 3 night stay, I discovered the 2nd bathroom's door closed and locked, leaving only the master bathroom for usage. The issue was resolved the following day after maintenance staff had to contact a local locksmith to unlock the door. We enjoyed our stay, but it's hard to understand not having access to the essential parts of the home, especially when you've sacrificed to pay for it.

Beautifully decorated condo

The condo was great. There were little unique touches throughout the place. You could tell it had recently been remodeled. Two recliners in the living room was a bonus too! My only complaints were the lack of pillows and towels. There were only two pillows per bed (plus decorative ones). Also, the queen bed in the extra bedroom is hard as a rock… literally. If these couple of things were fixed, this condo would be perfection!

Having complimentary access to 2 beach chairs and an umbrella was a nice surprise. The space in this unit was nice and overall fairly clean. Queen bed was hard as a rock and pillow cases were not very clean. In the past if a building was having any work being done, Vacasa was really good with stating that up front in the listing. I was sent a text a week before my trip that there would be work in the parking garage and obviously it was too late for me to cancel and get my money back. I would’ve booked elsewhere had I known before. This building isn’t handicap accessible or kid friendly getting to the beach. I hadn’t been somewhere that didn’t have any sort of ramp getting to the beach. Our struggle was with a beach wagon loaded down that we had to tote up and down the steep steps when we went to the beach. In this unit, the sliding door to the balcony did not lock which is a big concern for safety with children such as myself. Luckily my daughter didn’t think twice about it but we did have to stuff shoes in the door so if she had tried to open it, she wouldn’t have been able to do so. That needs a fix ASAP. It was our first time at Ft. Walton and overall I wasn’t that impressed compared to other beaches.

Beautiful Condo

The BEST part was walking in and seeing the ocean right outside the balcony doors. My husband and I took my dad and our son for an amazing vacation. I was born in Fort Walton many many years ago and have only visited once in my adult life. Our son has never been to the ocean before. The condo suited all our needs and was big enough for us all to have privacy when we wanted it. It was clean, well stocked, beautiful renovations, beautiful decor, and did I mention it has the most amazing ocean view. The staff were amazing - texting me to check in on our stay and making sure we were happy with everything. We will definitely be back and we will definitely go through Vacasa. One tiny complaint - the shore heads could be replaced for a better shower experience.
