Aviation Landing is a stylish retreat within walking distance of Fallbrook's best restaurants and Main Avenue shops. Enjoy a sparkling clean vacation home in San Diego Wine Country. This is the perfect stay for those traveling for holidays and special events in Fallbrook. We host several wedding guests from the Grand Tradition Estate and Monserate Winery wedding venues as well as countless other local destinations nearby.
Furnished with everything you need to have a fun enjoyable stay! Walking distance to downtown Fallbrook. This home has been fully remodeled and features the latest modern amenities to make your stay comfortable and luxurious.

Fallbrook is located in North San Diego county and is known as the Friendly Village. Home to some wonderful restaurants, bars, and shops. There are many local festivals year-round including the Avocado Festival and Christmas Parade. Fallbrook has good hiking trails and abundant natural beauty. You will pass by vineyards and horse ranches. The hills look like Tuscany! If you want to venture out of our village there are many nearby areas within 20-30 minutes' driving including Carlsbad beaches, Legoland, Temecula, and Oceanside. San Diego is a perfect vacation spot with so much to offer visitors including our nearly perfect climate and so many wonderful attractions like the San Diego Wild Animal Park.
We are within walking distance of all that Main Avenue has to offer! It's easy to get to everything local on foot. You will need a car to explore the surrounding areas and Fallbrook is about 50 minutes North of San Diego International Airport, in North San Diego County.
Fallbrook is known for its picturesque location and natural beauty. Nicknamed the Friendly Village, it is one of the best-kept secrets in North San Diego.
Thank you for choosing Aviation Landing. We have taken pride in preparing our furnished rentals in hopes that you will have a pleasant and relaxing visit. We ask our guests to treat this rental as you would treat your own home. We have created the following contract as a guideline to protect our home.
1. Smoking (of any kind) is NOT allowed anywhere inside the building or apartment; a $300 fine will be charged as well as any additional cleaning fees associated with removing odors from the property.
2. Pets are NOT allowed unless permitted in writing via approval from the owner. This includes pets belonging to visitors. We will upon approval invite dogs for a $40.00 fee per stay but we do not allow cats due to allergies.
3. The property and all furnishings must be kept in good order.
4. Please do not move the furniture on property. If the furniture is moved around, please make sure it is moved back to its original location before departure. If we need to move furniture back to the original orientation, the Guest will be charged for labor.
5. Use appliances only for their intended use.
6. A $20 per night fee will be imposed on any overnight guest not included in the rental agreement.
7. No parties or events of any kind are permitted at this property without written permission from the Property Manager. Guests will be charged a $300 fine, additional cleaning fees, and will be responsible for damages and possible immediate eviction from the property.
8. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. â 8:00 a.m. There is an additional $300 fine if there are complaints from neighbors.
9. Guests agree to indemnify and hold Homeowner/Property Manager harmless from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss or theft of personal property sustained by Guest or parties invited onto the property by Guest.
10. This property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Further, the Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from using the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
