Sunshine Tide - Book for Summer and Football!

Welcome to Sunshine Tide!

This beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is conveniently located at The Houndstooth Condominiums, and under a mile from the stadium! The condo is gorgeous and newly decorated and furnished and close to all the restaurants and bars you may need! You are able to enjoy multiple complex amenities here, such as a pool with a waterfall, a 24-hour fitness center, and a 24-hour business center with free printing! Pool towels are provided in the condo. There are also various board games in the living room as well as a starter set of snacks and coffee in the kitchen!

The first bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom that has a tub shower. The second bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom. The second bathroom has a tub and a shower. There is a Twin XL rollaway AND a Twin ottoman bed that can be used. The condo can sleep up to 6 people. This complex is next to the railroad, but we do have sound machines in all rooms to compensate for it. There is also a balcony with comfy chairs for you to use and relax in!

The complex pool area is open 24/7. Please be aware that there are no lights in or around the pool area though.

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
