This was a great stay at this cozy condo with a good location. Home was very clean with lot of amenities and everything we needed. I definitely recommend.

Easy Out of State Bama Move-In

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay at the Bears Den for our son's early Move-In to Alabama. We are Out of State and had lots of shopping to do when we arrived and picked up all the things we shipped ahead to the mailroom - the condo had plenty of space to organize everything for an easy transition to his dorm.And all the tasteful Bama decor was a great way to transition into our additional hometown. Place was well stocked extras with coffee, snacks, laundry bits, and we were thankful for the noise machines in the bedroom to help with the overnight train passing.Looking forward to a future stay

Lovely condo!

Really well appointed and lovely condo, super close to campus, close proximity to anything you could want. We had a wonderful time, our only issue was non working TV in one of bedrooms which wasn’t really a big deal, was just odd. I had some mild concerns being located so close to train tracks, I appreciated the sound machines in bedrooms but will add the location of this condo (upper floor) was not really negatively affected by train noise. Would recommend this condo to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay! We had a fabulous time staying at Bear's Den, this was our second stay and we look forward to future visits. The condo is well appointed with everything you need and within close proximity to campus. Bear's Den is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We also really enjoyed walking to campus, just a couple of turns out the door and you are there. I really appreciated the sound machines in both bedrooms too, we have learned the train runs through Tuscaloosa, every rental we have stayed at has had train sounds, there is no escaping. The sound machines at Bear's Den were a very thoughtful gesture and really helped minimize external sounds.

Great Bama Getaway

Clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. The pool and gym were amenities we used a lot. And it’s close to campus and to town for shopping purposes. Would definitely stay again.
