There are a washer and dryer in the condo and 2 assigned parking spaces are provided. This condo is on the sixth floor, and the building has an elevator.

A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. **

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
