Summary:
Stay STEPS away from Downtown Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas campus at Townhouse On The Hill, our two bedroom, two bathroom home! Our home offers the ideal vacation destination for anyone looking to enjoy good food, great sights and maybe even a Razorback game. During your stay, you'll have access to our cozy living room, a fully-stocked kitchen and everything Fayetteville has to offer.

Upon entering our home, you'll be greeted by our staircase, which leads to the second and third floors. On the second floor, enjoy our open-concept kitchen, living room and dining area! 

Directly at the top of the stairs, you'll see our fully-stocked kitchen. Here, you'll find plenty of built-in storage as well as everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or baked good. Between the kitchen and the living room, you'll find four barstools overlooking the kitchen.

Our bright, ultra-cozy living space has a gray couch, two leather lounge chairs, a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV and an entertainment center full of games. Behind the couch, you'll see a six-top dining table with blue velvet chairs. From here, you'll also have access to our porch area.

When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four beds. (1) Our Primary bedroom has a Queen-size bed, dresser, closet, 40-inch Vizio smart TV and en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom has a bunk bed with a Queen-size bed on the bottom and a Twin-size bed on the top, a closet, a dresser, a 32-inch Vizio smart TV and a nearby bath. (3) Our third bed can be found in the living room. Our couch pulls out into a Full-size bed.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
