Stylish home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Comfortable bedrooms all with blackout curtains, and there is a king Purple Mattress in the master bedroom. Located 15 minutes from BYU and 10 minutes from an area full of restaurants and stores and 10 minutes from Hobble Creek Canyon which has hiking and a golf course. Beautiful family room with large windows and natural light perfect for relaxing with a brand new 68-inch OLED TV. New LG washer and dryer. Plenty of parking in the driveway or on the street.

Beautiful, Immaculate Home!

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and felt brand new — even better than we hoped for. It was so comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and made everything about our trip easy and relaxing. Garage access wasn’t available (not noted in the listing), but the home itself was perfect and met all our needs. We’d absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a bright, welcoming place to stay!

Just as listed, very clean, very close to amenities and short drive to downtown!! Great quiet neighborhood!! Would definitely recommend and we would stay again!!

Perfect location!

We stayed at this house for my daughter's bridal shower. It was a great location and close to where her shower was. Nice quiet neighborhood and a beautiful home! I would definitely stay here again!

Great Basecamp

The house was a great basecamp for the wedding we attended. Location is easy to find and close to all the necessities one might need. Quiet neighborhood and the house has all you need for a stay and plenty of plates for the family dinners. Would stay here again.

Perfect Experience

The home was spotless with a bright welcoming decor. The property is located in a safe & convenient neighborhood. We felt very at home & enjoyed the Mountain View while sitting out on the front porch in the early morning and late evenings. The host had excellent communication & was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property for people traveling to Salt Lake City.

Springville vacation

We enjoyed our stay, this home is very close to conveniences of town, lovely neighborhood. The location is peaceful and host is very responsive. The home is bright and spacious. We found it accommodates 2 couples (4 adults) and 2 single adults and we brought an air bed for the kiddos.

Nice new house in Springville

The house is fresh and new. Appreciated the new furniture and beds. Cleaning could have been better. Not sure if it was a short turn around before we got there but didn’t appeared to be vacuumed or mopped.

Nearly New Home in a Traditional Neighborhood

Very nice home was perfect for me, my wife and a grown son. Very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Everything in the home was new and in fantastic shape. Only downside was a lack of ample drinking glasses that was really remedied by a quick trip to the Smith's grocery store adjacent to the neighborhood. Great communication with the host. Really no issues at all. We would definitely book again, but this visit was for our last son's graduation.

Great property, room for improvement

The house itself is new, in a great neighborhood, and location. It was a great place for us to stay while we were in town for a wedding in Payson. There are two areas for improvement: the backyard landscaping and the housekeeping service. The backyard is unfinished and covered in tall weeds. The housekeeping for some reason didn’t notice that the dishes were dirty and put them away, so when we went to use them, they were sticky and gross. The property manager gave us a partial refund on the cleaning fee, which was nice. Thankfully getting a better cleaning service is an easy fix and not related to the property itself.
