Welcome home to your cozy, convenient cottage! This beautiful 2 bed, 1 bathroom house is centrally located near the best hospitals, favorite restaurants and wonderful natural attractions of the Maryville and Knoxville TN areas. It is within walking distance of miles of greenways and parks and only 30 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This home offers fast, reliable internet (500 mbps upload and download), garbage service, and fenced back yard.
The home is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. It was my second stay and will be my go-to any time Iâm in the area. Such a joy to feel at home when away.
What a quaint, quiet cottage. Its location is ideal, as itâs close to the national oark, Cadeâs Cove, Pidgeon Forge, and the Ford Bronco Off-Road adventure, which is why we were there.. We walked in the evening to see the other cottages in the midst of remodels, or having been recently remodeled, and enjoyed it all. It was a great time thereâŠour only regret is we didnât see a bear!
The check-in process was super easy and the house was even better in person. The house was clean and had plenty of supplies such as aluminum foil and spices. The backyard was perfect for our dog and was close to a great park with walking trails. The WiFi was great too! Canât say enough about this property and will definitely stay again!!
The stay was wonderful. Forest and Abi thought of everything to make the stay as stress free, home away from home, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!
Super cute and clean. I appreciated that we could turn the A/C down below 70 degrees. They did ask for a limit, but it was very reasonable. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The location was convenient to Maryville and Townsend (where we attended a wedding). Everything was well stocked if you want to cook, but we ate out. I would definitely stay here again if Iâm ever in the area.
Great place to stay , very clean , comfortable, everything you need . Love the park down the street . Lots of restaurants , and grocery store.. the owners have made the little place quite pleasant..
Very clean and quiet. Well supplied and I loved the well fenced back yard. My small dog had plenty of room to run. I wasn't used to tankless water heater so I had a cool surprise in the first shower. Be careful with the front entrance. Last step up is a half step and needs something to draw your eyes to it. With porch and steps painted the same color it's easy to miss that last step. Fortunately a bag of taco's broke my fall. :) A previous guest had not cleaned up after their very large dog but other than that the yard was great and we had brought some lawn furniture with us. Never had contact with the owner throughout and only auto replies from VRBO.
We had a wonderful stay and loved everything about the cottage! Beautiful neighborhood with a great park to walk the dog to. The house had everything we could have needed and was so comfortable. We will definitely book it again the next time we come to town!
We came for house hunting around knoxville and opted for the vrbo instead of a hotel and we are glad we did!The house is in a very quiet location that is still close to alot of shops and restaurants. Also, the yard was very well sized for the dogs to run around. Thanks again!
We have stayed here multiple times now and will continue to stay when we come back to Alcoa. Perfect location and everything we need to make our stay comfortable.
This little house was perfect for the weekend! Came into town for The Pistol Ultramarathon, property was within walking distance of the start line! Very clean, had everything you could need, and cozy!
Clean and nicely decorated, beds are comfortable and lots of space inside, we had 4 adults and a 1 year old. the park nearby was great for grandson to play & fenced backyard great space for our dog.location was 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville and close to attractions, we enjoyed the Zoo and market square.I would stay here again.
In town during fall break to visit our son and enjoyed our stay at this property. Place was close to several restaurants and a grocery store. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. House was clean and well taken care of. Will definitely stay there again.
Hurricane Helene made our trip very damp and kind of ruined our plans, but having these cute little place to land was wonderful. Very cozy, comfortable and in a great location to access Maryville, the Smokey Mts. and more. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!
The property was great for what I needed which was a spot to call "headquarters" while in Knoxville for a dog competition. My dog and I greatly appreciated the fenced in backyard.
The house has been decorated with such love and care. I loved the couch, and the bed was probably the most comfortable of any rental we've stayed at.
There is some noise due to the houses being close together so if you are a light sleeper I suggest a noise machine or ear plugs.
All in all- this is a perfect spot for anyone hoping to enjoy the area of Knoxville!!
Everything was perfect. No issues at all. The home was very clean. Kitchen had assorted seasonings, spices and oil to cook with. Well stocked with coffee, containers and ziplock bags, as well as cleaning supplies. We had no issues at all. It was nice having a washer and dryer, and the furniture was all comfortable. It was great to have a fenced back yard with no areas where my dog could slip through the fence. I was able to let him out in the yard and not worry about him getting loose. I would definitely stay here again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home.
